I was contacted by The Halifax they said that may be owed ppi went through their procedure and boom £2679.00 no quibbling no hassle, was spoken to like an adult and dealt with in 6wks very impressed with their no nonesense approach. Suddenly BPC reared their ugly heads £980 commision I DONT THINK SO BPC. Financial ombudsmen contact immediately . Dont trust them just one inch.

I Just had a payout from lloyds regarding my PPI and used these guys to do the claim for me they made the experience pleasant and easy everything was clearly explained from the start and all went smoothly i would reccomend this company to anyone interested in looking into a claim!!

Just seen other reviews on here about Black Pearl and whilst they could have kept me updated more regularly, the outcome and the process in general were both positive for me. Didn't have to use them, or any company for that matter, but I wouldn't have got round to doing it myself so I'm glad all in all i've used them.

No fuss & down to business like jay from the Inbetweeners.Sent my pack out for all my finances which I signed and sent back, spoke to Bethan and Steve who sorted the whole rigmarole out for me.Any advice I needed they were there throughout the whole process like a PLATOON!Best of all they got me a few Dwayne Eddie's back to pay for rounds for all the chaps in vegas on my stag.Can't praise them enough!Don't remember vegas but I'll always remember the BPC.Keep on doing what you do you absolute diamontes!

Spent multiple phone calls and too long on the phone to these guys and ultimately there is nothing they can do despite have proof of PPI, a third party insurance company that one of the banks used has stumped them. Seems like they do very little for the money, they just want the super dooper easy ones. Avoid wasting your time with this company.

Very frustrating. Their email gets bounced back unsent. They text you and give option to reply...exceot that doesnt work either.

We have had several good results from this company. it does take awhile for everything to come to fruition , but its not entirely their fault. it's the companys we deal with, we have found they want absolutely every bit of evidence, expecting you to remember back years and years ago. I think they just hope you give up and go away, so with regard to Black Pearl we have found them very helpful and as I say if you can have patience, and don't give up they get good results especially not forgetting their enormous customer base. Anyway at least it's thanks from us K and T.L (Word of advice phone as early in the morning as you can to get an answer.)

Polite staff who seem to know what they're talking about but take far too long to answer the phone. Will request callback on their site next time.

Went through this claim for months and months all the phone calls I received testimonial got my claim through only got £29.77 and black Pearl have got to have £10.20 out of it they don't tell you till your claim comes through you have to pay them really disappointed I would of been better of saying no in the first place.

Happy they got me my money back. Need to pick up the phone a bit quicker though..
