Took my car to RTMG performance for a stage 2 custom remap on my Polo gti 1.8 DSG and it’s made a massive difference in performance and drives like a dream. Great customer service and very professional. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe reliable remap. Lee was helpful and friendly and answered all the questions I had. Top guys and a top garage!

Very helpful team , explained everything to a novice like me ,Christos fixed all the parts I broke trying to do my first spark plug change !! And mapped my vrs tsi Skoda fabia.Much improved power and runs a lot smoother. I recommend this garage to all tsi vrs cars

Great guys and atmosphere in the workshop and very helpful with high quality performance parts... clearly good at their job too.Unfortunately I had to drop a star as I paid serious money for a few parts on my Golf R that was expected tomorrow" ...which then turned into weeks of waiting without being updated

RTMG have a superb selection of Quality parts, I ordered a stage 2 dq250 clutchpack & race flywheel. The parts arrived promptly with good communication every step of the way.The Quality of these components have exceeded all my expectations! 10/10. Would highly recommend to anyone from simple performance upgrade to major build. The guys are brilliant and customer service is world class.Christos who is in charge of the UK side of RTMG is one of the most helpful and nicest people you will meet and will tailor to any demand for his customers.I travelled from Glasgow to Sheffield originally when they first started off and would do it again. Since Sheffield they have relocated to Walsall and will be visiting them again in the near future for a map revision due to upgrade changes.I have never received the high customer service level I received from RTMG UK from any other company which is the most important thing as a customer. The knowledge is immense across all platforms from older cars to brand new. Don't ever have to worry about damage and future issues from their software either as safe and he reassures you of that.Their hardware they make in house at RTMG HQ is aesthetically top class and performance wise will not find any better.5 stars to RTMG UK and highly recommend.

Came to get a relief valve and a carbon air intake kit fitted. Guys both in RTMG and DKU are always super friendly and helpful. Maj and Lee as usual. Very welcoming and friendly, very easy to talk to and will help with anything to satisfy customers need which shows great professionalism, pride in work and good heart in general. Once again had a very pleasant customer service and a quick and satisfying job that I’m super happy with.Had a slight delay with the parts. So we had to rearrange a time but I was informed in good time and overall very happy with the work. Will definitely make another 2h drive to get more things done.Once again thank you to the DKU/ RTMG fam. See you soon!

I was one of the first UK customers of RTMG after seeing their track record with their homegrown cars. I went with a remap first after having a 'stage2' map elsewhere. On the drive home I was assured these guys knew what they were doing with the engine. What has followed is 3years of RTMG and myself developing my car into what it is today. A circa 380bhp 1.4tsi. Every part they make for my car is fitted on mine apart from a stroker kit.Each and every part has all the right amounts of R&D involved in it before it goes.out to customers and the workmanship is second to none.My cars remap has changed over the time I've had the car and the mods I've put on it but each time I've come away smiling if not laughing at how ridiculously fast they made my little 1.4The customer support is unreal. If anything a little too good Chris takes time out of his personal time and days to make sure his customer team is all good. Even messaging me on a Sunday night after I'd been to the track even though I'd been pestering him all day.If you haven't worked it out by now. Get yourselves down to RTMG. Absolute masters at their craft!
