We recently had a new website designed by Universal Computing, the new website plays a huge role in making our events such a success. The last concert was a sell out, we had a queue of people trying to get tickets on the night and had to get extra seats squeezed into the hall.Not only was the website beautifully designed and easy to navigate, but it also provided all the information clients needed to purchase tickets and plan their evening out. The website also had a wealth of information about the choir itself, including its history, repertoire, and upcoming performances.Overall, I would highly recommend Universal Computing. Check out the Dunfermline Choral Union's new website if you're a fan of choral music. It's clear that a lot of thought and care went into its design, and it's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a great night out in Fife.

They have great customer service and accurate information on the status of your repair. They did such a great job fixing my two laptops - two dead hard drives replaced with two SSDs and Windows installed on both. Both fixed same day at a fair price. Definitely recommend!

My son had a power problem with his PC, another shop had it for 3 weeks with no joy. Dropped off at Universal at 1630 on Wednesday I picked it up on Thursday lunchtime good to go. They called him first thing Thursday with an update as well. Can only be described as excellent service.

Had been looking for a new laptop and thought I’d see what my local independent shop was selling. Got a much higher spec machine than the chain store was selling and Rab was brilliant explaining everything and answering all my questions. He added all I’d need and called a few hours later to say it was ready to be picked up, fantastic service. Thank you. Support your local stores.

A business that I have used many times, would recommend.....got a pc for my son's Christmas not knowing much about them I never knew I had to ask for WiFi to be added as it doesn't come as standard......well what business do you know would go and open the shop on Christmas day to sort that out for me......5 stars

Very professional and friendly service. Got the hard drive out of my old, broken computer and then set me up with a new one within the week. Helped me through all the issues I had setting it up and were very informative throughout. Highly recommend!

Excellent service.Took in a HP laptop with a very noisy fan. Repaired quickly and for a great price.Also got 1TB ssd installed, puts new life in the laptop. Very pleased with the work.

Excellent customer service, and recommendations of hardware for fixing/upgrading an old pc. Rab spent time chatting with me about what I should look for and helped with compatibility issues I had. Would highly recommend!

I bought a gaming pc online from a different retailer and it arrived and wouldn't connect to my monitors! I brought it in to universal and they had it in and out in a few hours! So good!
