Vets4Pets Peterborough Bretton

Well im giving one star because i cant give zero, tried to book with them, which they ask full amount as upfront payment, let me highlight that we are not new costumers, when i contact them i was answered by a extremely low class, rude, and unprofessional lady wich after i ask to speak with a supervisor, literally turn off the phone on me, i phone seconds after was answered by the same lady, straight away i ask for a supervisor, i was put on hold then she ask me if the situation was related with a name of a an animal, basically she doesn't know who's shes speaking with and asking about a pet name, well i said i dont know whos pet is that, and she ask my name, i said my first name she demand the last name, i ask again for the supervisor, and again she put the phone down on me.Dont recommend this place,For the owners......u just lost a costumer, and hope you loose them all.Carpe diem

Lovely staff (especially the ladies taking calls and running the front desk) reasonable prices and always quick to fit in an emergency any time I've had to ask.I've got 5 cats and have used this vets for the past few years and have never had a problem with them or their service. This is louie after his latest trip to vets4pets for a rat bite to the ear/head...he's an old man but won't stop bringing me presents!

Very welcoming/friendly staff, well informed and was able to answer all of our questions/put our minds at rest that our Puppy would be in very safe/well educated hands.

Shocking practice. Have been a client here for a while, i attended a 3rd follow up appointment for my dog (she needed 2 medications) immediately after the visit i went to pay was told the ammount i paid and left 3 days later i am contacted to say i wasnt charged a consultant fee and they wanted an additional £35.I found this really unfair as far as i was concerned i had paid.They have continued to hound (no pun intended) me for weeks i have escalated to the manager who sent a snotty email back to say basically tough, pay the bill.How a company can opperate like this is beyond me.I will remove all my dogs from their books and find an honest vet.I advise everyone not to use them

Just have to say how amazing the staff are at this store. Sue the receptionist is lovely person and deserves a mention. As pictured below I have a German Shepherd, unfortunately he is very anxious and nervous. Making him loud and very stressed, she went out of her way to make him as comfortable as possible. We recently moved and made this our new vet and very happy we did. TheVeterinarians that have had to examine him have also been very understanding with his behaviours. Always helpful personal, easy to find anything you need from pet food up to buying new creature . We had great support when just starting to think to buy bearded dragons, one of consultants explained to us what we needed how big vivarium should be after couple of weeks we bought our lovely beardy .

The rating would be lower if possible. I am not rating their veterinary skills here. I recently went to the Bretton practice and was told that the price for the treatment was £90 and that was all it was, not £90 + £45 consultation charge. However, that is what they tried to charge me and are insisting that I pay even after I have complained. Customer service is non existent, I don't trust anyone who can't be trusted especially when it comes to money. Surely they charge enough as it is.

Had to take my cat to have a minor procedure, and the staff were lovely and accommodating, my cat was well looked after and is happy recovering at home.Thank you vets4pets Bretton.

The nurse was lovely and was so good with my cat Trevor. The surgery and waiting areas are spotlessly clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. It is also lovely to watch dogs being groomed
