I called in today to have a Dyson looked at. The service was second to none. The friendly man I was greeted by diagnosed and repaired our hoover within 15 minutes. I went to Vacs R Us for them to look at my Dyson, which is probably 7 yo & asked them to look at the pipe that wasn't picking up when vacuuming. They were brilliant and offered to replace the pipe. They are quick, efficient and helpful. Now my Dyson is like a new vacuum. Thank you so much.

You cannot beat shopping with small local, family owned and run businesses. After the suicide of our old Henry vacuum cleaner, we went to seek the cost of a repair which turned out to be the same cost as a reconditioned, newer model, with a 12 months guarantee and NO corporate hard sell.This 'new' to us Henry looked like it had just left the factory and as the proprietor explained they were selective as to the quality of their buying to give the customer the best advice.All of this was unhurried, friendly and included a little humour, leaving us with confidence in the Company and the goods we bought.I personally like these small, specialist local Companies, as having spent a number of years working for such a business, know that the quality of your service brings you the potential of personal recommendation to family and friends.
