Stopped here yesterday to visit a friend. Staff were really friendly. Pub was very light, cheerfully decorated and very clean. My husband had chicken strips as a starter and having pinched one I can say they were beautiful. He had cajun chicken and I had gammon and pineapple as mains, both again were lovely. We highly recommend The George and will be back to visit again.

This place is looking incredible. Superb prices, pub full of comfort. Friendly staff. Options to sit inside and outside. Owners should be proud of what has been achieved!

Really lovely pub with a warm welcome from the owners. First time visiting but definitely won't be the last! Thoroughly enjoyed the pub quiz we had a great evening.

Fantastic night for my wife's 60 th birthday 13 of us went all meals were excellent and service Fantastic well all be going again soon thanks to staff and chef
