My car got towed from outside Harrods which I felt was such an injustice for a number of reasons. I had to pay £265 to get it released. Honestly had low hopes of getting my money back because it's usually hard to appeal against any authority, but I thought it was worth a try anyway. Appealed to London Tribunals and they ordered the borough to issue me a full refund. Finally a fair outcome.

Completely corrupt! Charged by council for prohibited right turn when both their no right turn signs were completely blacked out, they admitted they were blacked out by mistake and yet London tribunals still sided with them, just shows that this service is more corrupt than the councils themselves and is just acting to reap revenue for councils! I think everyone should stop paying their council tax and any parking issues and see where this disgrace of a country ends up!

My experience of the appeal hearing process at the London Tribunal was good. I arrived early, I was seen early - no waiting around and reception staff pleasant. The process was explained clearly to me and the adjunctor was fair and considered evidence from both parties. They used a common sense approach to the appeal and evidence. I found this refreshing, considering the rigidity of the London borough’s original PCN decision, which I felt was made unfairly. I felt heard and listened to at the appeal and would have accepted their decision either way, based on their common sense approach.

A biased and subjective representation of the law to benefit the council and their obvious need to tax the poor more than they already do so. This whole process is a scam in lining TfL's pockets and is a farce. Disgraceful!

Forget launching an appeal the adjudicator i was unfortunate enough to be allocated was rude, unhelpful and failed to make any attempt ro corroborate the evidence I gave. This company are not interested in whether someone is innocent from my experience.I have a finding of guilt for a traffic offence I did not commit. No morality here just injustice.I have requested a freedom of information report to see if they have ever found in favour of a motorist...I have also complained to the MP and RACHope they are proud of themselves an absolute disgrace of an appeals tribunal in my experience.Avoid !!!

Pleasantly surprised - Received a PCN from London Borough of Redbridge Council for ‘entering and stopping at a Box Junction’ on the Cambridge Park junction in Wanstead. I appealed as I had no chance of seeing the end of the Box Junction which seemed bigger than it should have. The council rejected my appeal and I took it to London Tribunals for adjudication who agreed with me and directed the council to cancel the PCN as the Box Junction is not in compliance of TSRGD 2016 and goes beyond the junction of the two roads. Thanks London Tribunals doing what is right.

Biased interpretation of law. They don't understand that the law is not something they can interpret as they wish just so they can justify council's nonsense. They should look at the law as it is and at facts, which they don't care for. Same experience as everyone else, the adjudicator knew the outcome before even having a chance to explain, it actually felt like you have to justify that you didn't do something wrong, and they dismiss anything you say, even if you're not the accusing party, the council is.

I would give 0 no option for 1/2 star either! not about the rating just the adjudicators are all biased and favour the authorities obviously they share the profits the councils rake in unjustifiably. These so called middle agents are in fact the same corrupt agents who are unprofessional and rude. They are dismissive and do not allow the motorist to event speak not make their representations so what’s the point of this nonsense Tribunal existing? Scrap it it’s all a fake illusion with no justice or fair outcome as they make up their mind even BEFORE hearing your side of events. Pure corruption and political dysfunction as the system design. Scandalous.

Our country is full of corruption, so I was not surprised how my case went. The adjudicator ignored important aspects of my evidence, then lied about giving me the opportunity to speak. It was obvious her decision had already been made.People like her, and a portion of local-council employees are cold-hearted and behave this way because the concequences for such evil are not experienced upfront, but our creator sees all, even if they don't believe in him. Spirtual law also exists.Unfortunately, a lot of the negative reviews about London Tribunal are correct. Good luck everyone.Jeremiah 16:17 - For mine eyes are upon all their ways: they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity hid from mine eyes.

One rule for them and one rule for us! Adjudicators do not base decisions fairly!London tribunal adjudicators don’t not care and are not bothered! They will always side with the enforcement officer at first approach. The adjudicators do not care about evidence & do not consider your appeal and try to frame it on you when you’re trying to explain your side of the appeal. It also depends on the case handler as well. There is one percent of case handler who will actually does the job properly and base their decision fairly, the rest of the case handlers, which seems to be men who are over the age of 60 coming to there pension age DO NOT care about clearly evidence or common sense. One of my cases I gave them evidence of breakdown from the manufacturer due to a recall and they still disregarded my evidence and rejected my appeal. They are as every other reviewers say, a bunch of scammers, who actually do not take the public view on board and only try to make the enforcement officer more money, especially transport for London. That’s there job and they are there to find a way to reject appeals not to help you & there is nothing you can do about it unless you go to high courts.Only advice I can give is that it might sway a little to public side if you actually have the hearing in person rather than over the phone because I’ve realised that on the phone these adjudicators will try to finish the call as soon as possible whilst they have already made the decision to reject it And then send an email 3am in the morning, explaining the most ridiculous reason why they rejected it, even though they have not considered any evidence. It’s a long shot but better than nothing . These adjudicates are very sly and nitty and actually do not care what you have to say .
