Great mma class for children and adults. Does get busy but the hall is large and lessons have a good structure so it is not a problem.

Absolutely fantastic! Good learning of skills, great fitness and fun for the children. It's very popular so have lots of members in the class. There is the main teacher plus helpers to assist in the training. Has kids first followed by adult class.

Fantastic lessons including 1-2-1's. Couldn't recommend James high enough due to his engaging, encouraging, and tailored approach to teaching and training.

I took my daughter to a trail for Thai boxing and she loved it. The start of course is very confusing I saw my daughter lost in a crowd of excited children not fully understanding the poses the trainer was asking them to do, she look towards me for guidance but all I could do is shrug my shoulders as I had no idea but she learnt by watching others and making it up as she went along. Once they paired up that's when she was able to enjoy herself and had a trainer near by giving her pointers. Going again today and taking my son with us. Unfortunately he won't be able participate as he is only 5 and the lead trainer suggests a minimum age of 6.
