Sharkbite Burgers

Absolutely phenomenal. Miley (possibly Miles - I'm a little deaf) & Lauren were the epitome of excellent customer service, and after some issues with JustEat they went above and beyond to help fix the issue. Miley in particular was a real star, and his level of customer service and the effort he committed to something that he had no reason to care for was the reason I returned - and I'm glad I did.Food was unbelievable. Halloumi fries (and their chilli jam) was immaculate, far better than that of competitors charging twice the price. The waffle fries are incredibly more-ish and seasoned beautifully.And I say this without a shred of sarcasm - the burger itself? Clears Five Guys, without question. My first order came with an ice-cold Great White (thanks JustEat) and even at that temperature it was great. Having eaten a hot and fresh one this evening, I'll absolutely be coming back here.Hope the owner appreciates the calibre of staff they've hired - they've picked some good ones!

Burger arrived after well over an hour, no problem with that of the foods fresh.The burger it’s self tasted above average however the bottom bun was a soggy mess ready for the bin. Which is annoying.The chips however, were shocking, cold stale as if they had been packaged in advance almost like left overs reheated a few times.Halloumi fries were drenched in some sweet chilli sauce, I didn’t know this and these were for my daughter so she was annoyed as she couldn’t eat them. It doesn’t suggest that theu come covered heavily in a chilli sauce. Annoying really. Overall 3/5 definitely not up to the hype. Wish them luck.

I was recommended this place by a mate in work - I had a Goblin Shark burger, which was very tasty. But….for £11.25 I would have expected basic fries with it. Especially when Tiny Rebel serve similar quality burgers with fries for a smidge more, plus they’re licensed.

Ordered through Uber eats first time from Sharkbites, unfortunately the food arrived on the colder side rather then hot chips weren't really tasty as they weren't hot but the burger was just warm enough to enjoy, very tasty will definitely order again but this time collection will be my choice, the driver apologised for delay and said he'd had other deliveries on route that explained why my food was at its warmest.
