I have never had a sewing machine change like that after a service. My old Bernina went from unusable to purring perfection, and I'm so enjoying using it during this virus lockdown. I would have driven to Andover, but you picked it up, and brought it back within a week. The very best!

I would recommend this company as they delivered exactly what they promised. The machine came back in perfect condition than when it left with a three month guarantee for a lot cheaper than it would of been to buy a new one. Don't hesitate to use southerncounties.

I had my machine fixed by someone else and it broke again within a couple of weeks. A friend recommended this company. Tony collected, serviced, fixed and delivered my machine back to me within a week. It's been working like a dream since.

Rather disappointed with my machine when I went to use it today. My bobbin winder is no longer working but was perfectly fine before it went for its service. It was suggested that the washer had worn out but on opening up the machine myself found it to be in perfect condition but it's not engaging with the belt mechanism. I don't see why I should have to pay more for it to be sorted out.
