Dear Chris and Konrad . Chris and I ( Jane) are over the moon with our wonderful new log cabin. All up and running with a fantastic bar that Chris had built , tv , electric fire, corner sofa and many more extras. Decking to the front with outside lights. We have spent every evening chilling out . We are so relaxed in the cabin with the lovely smell of the wood . You are both very polite, punctual, tidy , hard grafting guys. Even the rain all day didn’t get you down. Completed in one day , from the foundations to the finish erection of the log cabin. Was amazing to watch just how fast you work. Highly recommend you guys and if we could you would get six stars from us. Keep up the good work , we have already recommended two new customers to The Log Cabin company. Jake and Sam came to install our log cabin on Wednesday and were very professional and friendly.They had to leave early as the rain was lashing down but confirmed they would work through, weather permitting, the next day. They turned up on time and got stuck in. I'm totally amazed at how hard working they are and have managed to complete the build in the two days.They have a great working relationship and a fantastic work ethic. They were happy to explain each step of the process to me and helped by recommending the best options on flooring/painting etc.It looks fantastic and I cant thank them enough. Having had lots of work done in the garden recently, I wasn't looking forward to this but they have restored my faith in workmen who actually take pride in their work and enjoy what they do.I cant recommend these lads highly enough, a pleasure to have around.

Chris and Konrad at Urban Sawmill installed a log cabin for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is pleasing to see absolute trustworthy professionals that take pride in their work who care about the finished product and the long term satisfaction of the customer. Very friendly and offered lots of useful advice in treating and caring for my cabin so that it is reliable for many years to come. Just had my new garden office built by Chris and Konrad. They turned up on time, got on with the job, got it done in record time and despite the short daylight hours in December, built it to a very high standard, and cleared up their mess. They even gave me all kinds of useful advice on finishes, adjusting doors and windows, and how to rectify defects in my existing cabin. They were polite and friendly throughout, and are a real credit to anyone who uses them for installations. I would certainly call them in for any future jobs. 100/100! Well done, guys!

Highly recommended!!! We have 3 outbuildings all constructed by Chris and Konrad at Urban Sawmill. Nothing phases these guys, difficult access, uneven ground - not a problem. The guys are punctual, polite and super helpful, whether installing a new build cabin or erecting an ex-display outbuilding. Attention to detail second to none, they even removed their shoes when working inside my new cabin!! Would recommend without hesitation.
