I suffer with mental health lost my son nearly 2 years ago when I was referred here,I was met with lies and no help infact had pals on speedile if it wasn't for PALS" probably wouldn't be here

Got nice venues for training, good restaurant which is extremely cheap. Caters for patients who have mental health problems and different disabilities. Good transport links.

I have used this service for many years the help I've received is really hit and miss kept in contact been ok for a while but in the last couple of weeks my mental health has declined my friend rung on Tuesday cause she was so concerned about me but no phone call back why should I be so surprised

This is a base for Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust staff working across Leeds. There are a few inpatient units e.g neurology rehabilitation & nearby some group homes for people with learning disabilties. No A&E.

They made my mental health worse than what it was before I was referred. 2023 and still no change in how patients are treated, need better training or is it that they just don’t care.. yet this is the place I need to be to get the right help. Some lovely staff, others not so nice. Do better.

I attended St Mary's for a time, NO help at all which directly led me .to TWO Suicide attempts.Very bad place to go for ANY help!
