Almost always find what I came for at this shop. Staff are always pleased to help and prices are realistic. Good range of stock for many outdoor activities, one of the places I'd always try first when looking for outdoor clothing etc.

It's generally a great store wit helpful staff. My only negative pint is that it's too crammed with stock. It makes it hard to get round when busy.

Excellent service from Lee, branch manager, for resolving a pricing error after the branch ordered a garment, on line, for me and inadvertently overcharged me by £10.00. All sorted after free home delivery when Lee credited my card by appropriate amount. Really good service; thank you Lee.
