Christina is awesome, as a visitor from Australia in need of a quick touch up and trim, I decided to give Mirror Image a go. Choosing a hair dresser is like choosing a dentist. Christina made me feel welcome and her love of her work shows. She knew exactly what I needed and took her time and I walked out feeling glamorous she did a fabulous job and should I ever be in Chelmsford again I would definitely visit again.

Visited the salon for first time since moving to the area on Saturday. A fabulous experience, so pleased with my haircut. The attention to detail and communication at every step of the styling process meant I really got what I wanted. I will definitely be back, I have had so many compliments already. Thank you!

I have always accepted that I don’t have the best hair in the world (thin, dry, tons of breakage and curly!) and always like to ask the opinion of the artist as to what would work with my hair type. I have been to curly hair specialist and expensive salons and no one has ever given me the level of knowledge, care and confidence ever before. Very happy that I got the opportunity to finally have the hairdresser of my dreams! Highly recommend, she has got a client for life from me! Thank you so much for being genuine and talented.
