Davids advice helped me avoid accepting a quote that would have cost me hundreds of pounds more than necessary.Dead straight and honest tradesman, unhurried and very easy to communicate with. A go to for all future work.

After a power outage our boiler refused to start. Borders Boilers had been recommended to us and they showed up the same day or the morning after I phoned.The fault ended up being a pretty complex one to find, involving an electrician in the end. However, David would not rest trying to find out what could be the problem. He would reach out to and work with our electrician while investigating the problem.Once the problem had been identified and heating restored, an overdue service was performed plus some minor repairs to stop a persistent leak. The boiler has been perfect since then.David is also very approachable and happy to share from his wealth of knowledge.

David done our annual boiler service.Excellent service, excellent communication, job well done and I would recommend David if you need your boiler serviced.I have recommend to a few of our neighbours as like me BG not as good.

David at Border Boilers did a fantastic job for us , from the minute he arrived to do the initial quotes for the boiler replacement , to invoicing us keeping us up to date with when the fitting would happen to actually doing the job he was professional and helpful and answered all the questions we asked . The boiler replacement was done in a day and a quick visit the following day to ensure the radiator flush had worked and to ensure all was working correctly excellent service , very knowledgeable and generally a really nice guy so if you need any work done I'd highly recommend David at Border Boilers also very reasonably priced as well.

Professional and informative from the first contact. Turned up on time (a rarity for a plumber these days) and was tidy with no mess left. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again.
