Have been a client of there's for 15+ years and have never had any issues. On our most recent visit we had a hard decision to make about my beloved cat. The compassion and care shown to her, and us, throughout the whole ordeal was phenomenal. Colm was amazing to her and incredibly respectful. He, and Rose, made a really awful day bearable and I am forever grateful to them. It is not something I want to do again any time soon, but I know if I do need to again with my dogs, then my baby is in good hands

Suspected kennel cough diagnosed from the street as not allowed in except for a quick weigh, which was already done a week ago. Dog back in truck, the staff, wearing masks still, conducted a 3-4 metre chat in the lobby. At no time was this a private visit. I was charged over £27 for just the consultation. I think it’s time to take my business elsewhere.

We are in Level 1, yet you are made to remain outdoors and conduct business there, with masks on. “Doctor” was argumentative and not caring. Very cold people.Inside they have a plexiglass shield AND masks. I believe this is the new norm. They are confronted with all manner of animal diseases, but this coronavirus they can’t handle.

I've been using this fantastic vets for a couple of years after a horrendous experience from another vet in the town. I can't express enough the excellent care my dogs have had from Colm and his team. Carry on what you're doing here guys, you do an amazing job. Thank you

Yesterday we had to say farewell to our beautiful lab Lexie. Colm came the house where Lexie, and us, were treated with dignity and respect. Colm was very professional, and made a horrendously difficult decision almost bearable. I cannot rate Colm, and this practice highly enough.
