Madeley Heath Motors

Obviously a massive difference in expectation as I bought a Mercedes cabriolet from them and waited 3 weeks for delivery and when the car showed up it was covered in paint offspray and runs in the paint. Wheels were refurbed to a very poor standard.

So almost a year later and I’m writing this review. I saw this Kia Stinger on auto trader and fell in love almost instantly! Spoke to David and he was absolutely amazing to deal with. No pushy sales pitches, just straight forward no haggle business. Went to view the car a few days after seeing it online and there were a few imperfections on it which I was assured they’d be sorted before collection. With issues of parts being on back order (No fault of the dealerships) a few weeks later I was able to collect my car. The car was 100% and looked absolutely beautiful. Now almost 15k miles in without an issue. I’ll definitely be back for a future vehicle from Dave & the team at Madeley Heath for a new car

Bought Renault Kadjar for my misses for 10k in 'perfect condition'.Delivery was great - I did not take test drive (my bad) as I trusted reviews of this trader. Car is without working AC - paint chips, trim inside all scratched up etc. I don't mind cosmetics but they refused to respect my 6 months warranty to look into my AC (shame). If you value your hard earned money in this tough times - AVOID

I had a problem with one of my tyres, I rang, booked the car in at a very convenient time. The issue was identified and resolved swiftly. The car was also washed and valeted which is always hugely appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic garage. We got beaten the the sale of a car but Ian was fantastic. Shame we didn’t get to buy it, my fault for not securing with deposit, but would absolutely buy from this garage in future. Really honest garage and disclosed all issues with the car on a clear video.

Welll how amazing are you…… totally came not expecting to see anything (only as i drove my poor husband mad by keep changing my mind) but there was poor Russ getting his 1 million steps in bringing me keys to try. Absolutely no pressure (which made things so much more relaxing and enjoyable). Selected the 2008 for a test drive again absolutely no pressure. Even when doing “the deal” Russ was more of a friend than anything else which really eased the process. Handover day was today and I am utterly amazed at the ease. The whole staff are just amazing but Russ wins the trophy for me. Absolutely amazing experience start to finish. Little Herbert is just awesome. No pressure, friendly smiles, awesome cars and that little extra mile makes buying the car enjoyable and stress free. We will definitely recommend and most importantly will be back - A MILLION STARS

Couldn't recommend them enough!I wanted to take the time to write a short review about Madeley Heath Motors in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.Recently I had a fantastic experience with them when they carried out a repair on my Isuzu D-Max pickup.I reached out to Madeley Heath Motors as I had purchased my truck from them in Feb 22, from the other end of the country. After nearly a year of motoring, I ran into an issue (couldn't have been foreseen).What transpired was an example of A1 customer service. They came and picked up my truck, and left me with a 21 plate dmax to use while they carried out the actual repairs needed, before dropping it back to me down south.The team at Madeley Heath Motors were professional, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair and provided a detailed explanation of the work that was carried out.I highly recommend Madeley Heath Motors. The quality of their work and the level of customer service is truly second to none.Thank you.

Great garage. They have always been very good and I always recommend. I did visit to buy a car a few weeks ago after doing my on line homework. When I got there a stiff salesman, asked me to go home and look on there website. Very stange!! But I’ve had cars before and will again.
