Very handy to have found a place within a 10 minute drive from home where doors are on display and you can order in store for delivery. Great customer service in store. Good quality doors and their door furniture is great - good selection of both. Down side - a door damaged in transit, but this was soon rectified and a new one sent fairly quickly. Can recommend.

Excellent service from Todd’s, great doors at a reasonable price. The showroom is really well laid out so you have a good idea of what a door looks like in situ. Very efficient and friendly delivery service, we had an issue with slight damage to one door but this was replaced a week later without any fuss. Now I can’t wait to get them fitted.

I’d like to express my thanks to Kevin the driver who has delivered doors to my premises on two occasions now. He always arrives at the expected time and always gives a call about 20 minutes before his arrival which is appreciated. He has been very pleasant and flexible in unloading the doors to where I want them. Many thanks Kevin.

I am very impressed by the service I experienced from Todd Doors. At the showroom,all Covid-19 procedures were in place. We received courteous, helpful advice from everyone we met. We were afforded individual attention, time and patience. It clarified our needs to the extent that we left with a detailed financial breakdown and an understanding of the time line to deliver the 15 door order. Realistic discounts were included. Having visited two other suppliers, we decided to go ahead with our order from Todd Doors. Within the week, the order was delivered - on the agreed date and at the agreed time. Kevin, our delivery driver was polite, personable and extremely helpful taking great care with the handling and positioning of the doors and fittings. I am entirely satisfied with the company and all staff we encountered. I recommend them without reservation.

Todd doors offered a couple of quotes/options. They were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Our delivery driver called before arriving, he was polite and careful......the quality of the doors and furnishings are excellent. Would definitely use them again.

Wow what a great company. Phoned their 0800 number regarding an Oak door which I'd seen on their website. I spoke with a very professional Lisa Park who informed me their Bournemouth outlet had over twenty in stock and I could just drive over and collect my items if I didn't require a delivery. Drove to their superb showroom and warehouse and was greeted by very polite and experienced personnel. I purchased a beautiful and reasonably priced Oak door and quality door furniture. Everyone at the company made my purchase so simple and their products are excellent. This company has restored my faith in retail in the UK. Excellent service from Todd's, was recommended to me by my neighbour, Very good quality solid doors. Kevin the delivery driver phoned in advance with estimated arrival time and turned right on time. Great care and attention was taken when transport doors through the house to the correct room. Doors were well packaged. Kevin was very polite.Would definitely use Todd's doors again and would highly recommend them.
