I rang so many times for a quotation for a simple door shutter in Portsmouth. It's now a month and they still haven't send me one. They never returned any call. Very bad customer service.

After receiving terrible advice elsewhere I spoke to Mark at Marley and purchased everything I needed at a fraction of the price.One of the items failed just within the year and was replaced without a quibble.Fantastic service

After their initial installation of 4 roller shutter doors, we have experienced a number of problems that they have admitted is down to some of the components used.Despite several phone calls and Emails they have refused to repair one of the doors that has failed completely and cannot even be opened manually.They now refuse to answer our Emails and phone calls at all.Not a reliable company.
