Lies.We were in all day waiting for a parcel, the tracking suddenly updated and said 'attempted delivery but no answer! No card left!LIARS!"

This 5 star rating is for a particular member of Royal Mail staff, Rhys, who went out of his way to turn back inside to locate my mail when I’d turned up to find the sorting office was closed. It’s been a little frustrating recently not getting our post in a timely manner, but this was a very nice gesture from staff who didn’t have to go out of his way but did anyway!

For the past few months we only get parcel deliveries (OX4), letters (even 1st class) are being delivered aprox once every 3 weeks.

I am in OX3, Headington. Get post about once every ten days. Opening hours seem to have been reduced. What on earth is going on? Go about about 100 years and there were two deliveries a day, seven days a week! Appalling service!

The man who delivers to east field close area, Oxford spends a crazy amount of time in his van or smoking, obviously bunching post and delivery’s because it’s a always a load never one or two maybe twice a week if your lucky, normally once at the most, no response to complaints. Missing important post and deliveries frequently. Service gone downhill significantly and go people’s detriment since he started in 2023.Also doesn’t make every effort to ensure you are in, if he makes an effort at all, I work from home but apparently missed numerous deliveries. Try to avoid using Royal Mail or companies that may use them but still having impact when there is no choice. Hoping someone at Royal Mail who cares will read and do something, but I doubt it they haven’t so far.

The attitude of the lady serving me was atrocious 24th may 2023 she looked at me like I was stupid when I ask about my delivery. I challenged her on her attitude and said said she did not have one. I had been supporting the strikes for Royal Mail. But now I could not care less. When you get delivered mail that was posted 3rd of March and received 19th of may. You have to question if there are better alternatives to posting your mail. I have worked in customer service for over 20years and honestly the women should be dismissed or relocated to somewhere she doesn’t have to deal with customers.

Our letters are only delivered about once a week in OX3 which is, at best, annoying. However when I turned up here with ID to see if anything was waiting for me (I was expecting some time-sensitive mail), the service was quick and the guy behind the counter was very obliging. I’d read elsewhere online that sorting offices wouldn’t do this for you, but here they do with no fuss made. I was there around 9am and didn’t have to wait long.Also posting the photo of the latest opening times.

The office was closed despite what both Google and the royal mail website said. Going by the other reviews, it seems like this office couldn't care less about inconveniencing clients.

Got the card through the door cause I wasn't at home so went to go get my item to be told I have to wait until they have attempted delivery twice, I told them I won't be in again tomorrow and they said well your have to come back tomorrow. What sort of joke policy is that

Failed to deliver my package when on the same street, reported it to customer service waited from 8 am till 11 am for the delivery. The rude advisor illegally placed my package on retention the only lawful reasons to retain a package is if it's in customs or if I ask for it to be held on my behalf neither is the case, I was honest and told her the truth about what the public general thought of royal mail's reliability. Now my best friend won't be getting her present because of the childless antics of the so-called customer service advisor.It is a criminal offence for a postal operator to intentionally delay or open a postal packet,contrary to his duty and without reasonable excuse, in the course of its transmission by post(Section 83(1) Postal Services Act 2000).
