Absolutely great service at totally wicked today . had a problem with my vape mod . Rob took it apart cleaned it and put a new coil in for me .All sorted , Very pleased , Thanks Rob.

The only vape store I use. The regular staff (Jess & Mike) are always helpful and honest when it comes to what the customer needs. Their exclusive offers and deals beat any other vape shop I’ve seen or heard of.Huge variety of devices and liquids to suit any customer looking for E-cigs.10/10 would recommend!

Looked on the website and it says they sell tornado 9000 puff vapes just rang up they said they don't so it's false advertising

Jess is brilliant! Excellent customer service and product knowledge. It may be an extra few miles for me to get to this store, however the service is worth the longer journey!
