After being in the queue today for a few minutes, I noticed that we hadn't moved since I joined it. The man at the till had been there for some time, and the lady behind the counter (who I'm told is named Tamsin) was being patient, kind, and extremely helpful. She then called for a colleague to take over on the tills and she proceeded to take the man's arm, who was blind, and stated to her colleague that she was going to help him get to another store a couple of doors down. Perfect example of simple kindness going a long way. Well done to you, and well done to H&B for having such excellent human beings behind your counters. Still smiling now.

I visited the shop on Saturday lunchtime. Very clean and tidy with well stocked shelves. However, I was very disappointed with 2 members of staff having a personal conversation with a friend throughout the whole time I was there. The one colleague serving did an excellent job, but can’t believe I had to queue and was totally ignored by the staff that were too interested in chatting to each other.

Both this store and the centralised phone number fail to answer their phones within a reasonable period of time. The stock checker on the website is inadequate as this does not tell you what is in stock at the store. If you're so poorly equipt that you cannot display stock availability on the website then you should be providing alternative ye oldy world solutions.

Very knowledgeable staff very kind and helpful, especially a lady called Bali I think her name was? She said she was 65 however she didn’t look it such a lovely lady!!

The layout of the shop is confusing (not the shops fault, I know), you can get cheaper stuff over the app. Otherwise clean and accessible.

Quite nice selection. Managed to buy a herbal toothpaste I was unable to buy elsewhere cheaper. Not many discounted items and otherwise quite an expensive shop! Friendly staff and decent selection of items.

Staff here are so friendly and helpful. The goods are reasonably priced and there are many reductions if you visit regularly. I use the shop to buy essential oils and carrier oils for making reed diffusers, much cheaper than buying the shop priced ones, without chemical ingredients. Found in the Derby Intu centre on the bottom floor. There is a club card, to gain points which is free and easy to join, which is very useful

The products are good but no idea when the shop is open on the front of the shop just a sign we are open and the no timing. A staff member walked pasted and didn't even mention that the times are changed let me and an elder person stood out there for 15 20 mins. If I didn't have dietary restrictions and other places weren't empty I would not shop here

I was in a rush to buy an item and it was not in the stock. So the staff made an online order which was due to arrived in couple of days. Then I realised they made the wrong order and I couldn't cancell or get a refund as they said it was not possible as it was a Saturday evening and the customer service was closed. They didn't even assure that the order can be cancelled or changed on the next working day. Since the whole thing was not my fault and the fact that they acted very unprofessionally in this case, I wouldn't go to this branch again and waste my time...!!!
