Would not recommend this company. They replaced our soffitt and guttering (one man team on a ladder), weather was very dry for around 6 to 8 weeks then the heavy downpour of rain started which highlighted the problems. Despite numerous attempted phone calls (calls of which they hung up!!),and emails we were being fobbed off so had to get a separate company to complete the work that they couldn't, would recommend that this company is not used

I often use Matthew and the team at Signature. They have done all manner of different tasks for me including re-pointing, roof work, internal works, decorating and removal. 100% professional and great value for money. I will certainly be using these guys again moving forward. Thanks guys!

From start to finish top class service. Very reasonable prices. Great workmanship. Fixed a leaky roof. Took photos before and after. No pressure after receiving free quote. Will definitely use again. Very polite and explained everything clearly. If you need a building maintenance firm, please consider Signature - you will not be disappointed.

Good experience with Matthew and team repairing some roofing leaks around 2 Velux windows. Arrived on time and carried out the work as planned, keeping me informed throughout. Thanks lads and I'll be in contact for some renovation work soon.

Matthew came to look at the job i needed doing Saturday morning (18/5/19) said he'd email me his quote Monday. I phoned him Tuesday to ask what happened to the quote and he told me he'd been too busy. He promised me faithfully he would get the quote to me that evening and that he wouldn't let me down. (as i told him i had previously been let down 3 times already by other reputable" companies) Thursday evening now and still no quote

Came to repair our roof which had developed a leak. Lads came out the very next day. Took photos and explained the issue. They gave a very reasonable quite and did the job there and then. Good honest lads and they did a fantastic job. Much recommended and trusted. Cheers

I messaged Matthew on Thursday and he phoned me back that night I explained my sister in law had a leak on her extension even though Matthew was going in hospital the next day for a very serious operation he still was organising work from his hospital bed and had a couple of his men who came gave a quote and did the work straight away which involved Removel quite a few ridge tiles solving the problem then sealing a repointing the tiles , top job lads
