Kate has given us really good advice for our house plants she even gave us a few that she had spare, which we thought was very kind. With Kate's useful advice our house plants are thriving. Kate Charles Garden Design
We were struggling with knowing what to do with our garden which fairly big and an odd shape. Kate visited us at home and took the time to understand what we wanted from the space. Very quickly Kate was able translate our ideas into a cohesive outdoor space incorporating various elements such as plants, hardscapes, and focal points. Kate’s design has served as a source of inspiration and provided clear direction for us as we transform our garden. A fantastic service if you are looking for guidance and inspiration.

Kate Charles Garden Design
We have a north facing garden that's fairly large and had some features we didn't want to change all at once. Kate put us together a beautiful plan that we could work to over time as and when we completed the main structures. Kate had some great ideas about planting and layout that will allow us to create different spaces in the garden, it's coming along nicely!

Lovely and professional individual who obviously has a passion for her work, I couldn't stand my back garden before I enlisted her help and now it's my favourite place to be which is handy with the current lockdown.Bent over backwards to ensure that the vision I had became a reality, I can't recommend Kate enough.

Kate really knows her stuff and obviously worked really hard to get the design right. It was a pleasure working with her, she has great attention to detail and, obviously, a genuine passion for garden design. It was great to see fully formulated digital designs which really help with visualisation - also she went the extra mile to make sure that quality materials and plants were used. I now love our garden! :)

Kate Charles Garden Design
Kate designed our courtyard garden which came with a few challenges as it is North East facing with a very dark corner. We also wanted to gradually develop the garden in stages over time, rather than all at once. Kate produced a brilliant layout and plant list for us based on a consultation where we discussed how we wanted to use the garden and likes and dislikes on particular plants and garden styles. Her suggestions were spot on including the ferns she suggested for the dark corner, which are really thriving. We have even managed to grow some veg at her suggestion, which I hadn't expected would be possible in such a small space. Thanks Kate!
