Weston Lane Surgery

It’s absolutely the worst surgery I know of you can’t get appointments for a doctor or blood test they just tell you to go to one of there other surgery’s and when you tell them you can’t get there they become rude and mouthy questioning why you can go to a different surgery, I was told I was out so I must be able to go somewhere else when in fact I am in bed with my fans on trying to keep my skin cool because I have chronic psoriasis when I told her that she asked how I get my shopping I told her that I do all shopping on line or my daughter will get the shopping so the person then said we’ll get your daughter to take you one daughter lives in Oxford and the other one does not drive so then I was told to go to hospital to have the blood test that the surgery gp wants done I asked for her to book transport because that’s how I get to hospital appointments and she said she could not do that, seriously this so called surgery has no regard for their patients health at all this surgery is going to kill someone soon if they haven’t already !!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Literally go around and around with econsults for anything can’t even speak to a human. When partner was ill refused to get him a cup water and had to get himself his own sick bowl. Disgusted with the service is an understatement. No compassion here

If I could give this practice zero I would. Cardiac review, nurse was rude, why do these medical staff think they can treat us all like idiots!!!! Also you should be happy and friendly and make your cardiac patient feel comfortable, Not Uncomfortable thats not good at making your patients feel stress free!!!!! Came away not sure about the results, wasn't explained and wasn't asked if we had any questions.Not once did you look at us, you were transfixed by your computer!We're getting increasingly bored with thelack of feeling and lack of not being listened to. It's not just us it's every person I speak to regarding the NHS.Pay ummmmmm !!!!!!!!!!

A very professional and polite Asian doctor. She listened to me, showing real interest in solving my health problem.I had a lot of questions, and she answered to all of them like a teacher.Also She made me calm and was very supportive. She even called me later to confirm the plan of treatment, which She sorted after my appointment with other specialists. Wow.I can not imagine more professional ways of dealing with my issues. I believe that NHS is proud of Her. Thank you once again.

You absolute superstars. Telling an 80 year old lady that you are too busy to take her call to book a flu jab and not to call back again on the day is a joke. Last week she walked all the way down there to book it and you said there's no appointments 20 mins after she received your text. Unbelievable. I hope you at least try and employ some receptionists with a bit of empathy and courtesy going forward. Or fix your 1980s system. Your practice gives the NHS a bad name and you should be ashamed of yourselves

No econsult working, on a Monday and since Friday, so have had to call 111. Idc anymore, whether it's the Tories or this surgery, both are a shambles and need to go.

I had a cardiac and diabetic review. The nurse thought it was cardiac review only. She was rude and I find it very annoying when someone asks a question and does not look at you. I have made remarkable progress since my cardiac arrest eight years ago. All my readings are good! It would be nice to be acknowledged for that progress and not be questioned by a nurse who cannot even look at you when asking a question. When they call you for your appointment it would also be nice if they smiled and said hello and introduced themselves. People skills including compassion are sadly lacking. More pay ????
