Pam Adelinia owner of JuanaOver Christmas my cat was diagnosed with diabetes and in need of two injections a day. I didnt know I was needle phobic until I brought her home to jab her myself. I couldn't do it. I stressed out the cat and myself. The cat went wild and I cried and cried unable to help her. I then started to phone animal welfare and vets and catteries for help. I was so stressed out I couldn't function. No one would help me. At 5pm that day I phone a local cattery where the owner realised I was beside myself and gave me the number for pet professionals. I phoned thinking there was no hope but Jolene Doe came around that evening to do the jab for me. Within a couple of hours she was at my house taking care of my cat AND ME. I was very distressed but Jolene just calmed me and then came every single day at 9am and 9pm to jab my cat and put her into a routine. My cat would hear her car outside and run to the injection station to wait for Jolene and get her jab. Jolene did this for months and showed me how to jab and keep calm. Now I can do it myself. Pet Professionals are just wonderful and Jolene Doe made a big impact in my life. The stress she took from me and the way she dealt with all of this drama was exemplary. Thank you is not enough to say. Some people come into your life and make a difference. Jolene did that for me and Juana. She made a big difference and because of her I can now manage a situation I never thought I'd cope with.

Sarah’s Adolescents training has been really great. I found each session engaging and full of activity for Coco with lots of hands on coaching from Sarah. It was all fun too! Sarah’s caring, kind and gentle nature makes everyone feel at ease. She puts a lot of time and thoughtful care into each session and the follow up info is also invaluable.Pet Professionals have a well earned reputation and I’ve found everyone I came into contact with extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend.

Kate provides dog training which is flexible, personal and totally collaborative.Does not generalise - doesn’t tell me that I’ve made mistakes or things I shouldn’t have done in the past.I have read , watched and tried a lot of modern dog training methods and theories but Kate helps me to actually apply them and how to respond when things do not go to plan.Listens to my aims and issues with my dogs. Asks what I’ve tried so far.Is very resourceful with lots of novel ways to engage dogs.Maintains that I know my dogs best and we collaborate.Kate has demonstrated extreme talent in getting my dogs to focus on fun training exercises which has shown me what they are capable of.Kate is adaptable and for me adjusts our training to the rate the dogs can succeed at.She makes me no promises but is a constant friendly informative support and encouraging as I persist with my willful dogs.She has a good understanding of different dog breeds and ages , development and shares her knowledge in a gentle unassuming manner.Our journey is long and patient due to factors relating to my dogs but this is no reflection on Kate as a professional.

Kate is great, our dog absolutely loves her and she has helped us so much over the years with training issues. Highly recommend Kate and Pet Professionals.

So glad we found Nicky to walk our puppy Molly. Another dog walker spent ages (months!!) working towards getting her in a van but I just needed her walked, i needed to get back to the office properly! Nicky came round met molly, did a solo walk and then took her straight out! She has a brilliant time and each walk is varied. Molly absolutely loves nicky, she goes above and beyond. Thank you you're amazing!!

Our very nervous dog has come on so well with her confidence while doing the adolescents course. Sarah is friendly with a relaxed style and guides you to train your dog in such a way that both you and your dog will benefit from the results. Thankyou Sarah for all your expert knowledge.

We contacted pet professionals and received instant response and advice we arranged a 1 to 1 visit from Sarah Kelly to offer us advice in developing and managing our lovely new labradoodle pup. Sarah was so knowledgable friendly and kind and gave us lots of tips for training Reggie. I have also booked us onto the puppy class in a few weeks time. Sarah was the main teacher at the 6 puppy classes we attended with Doogle.Doogle was one of 6 in the class & couldn’t wait to go each week to meet his new friends & learn something new.Each session was well explained & demonstrated.All the puppies graduated with a certificate & a rosetteI fully recommend Pet Professionals to anyone wanting to train their dogI am now letting Doogle off the lead in parks & he socialises well with other dogs…. I always know my cat and dog are going to be very well looked after and made a fuss of! They are in safe hands with Pet Professionals and I will be using their services for a very long time yet.

Transforming teenagers classes with Sarah have been invaluable to us with our 7 month old puppy. Sarah’s understanding and patience with lively puppies is amazing and she really helps to give the tools needed to guide your dog. Highly recommend these classes.
