The staff are always helpful and opening the site on a Monday this summer has been an added bonus.

Having to pre book is a nuisance cause you can never get a slot these days at the weekend when most people are off work. It should open more days in the week to compensate.

This is a good well access recycling center. You can recycle most thing here which is good.I am doing up my property and been coming down here on and off for a year or two.Staff are friendly.Only two problems here are the fact that it is not open every day. I work shifts so I might have to wait a few weeks to be able to go.The second is the booking system only allows you to book so many slots every two weeks. Now this I can understand having on a weekend definitely a Saturday as before COVID it was a mad rush in the morning.But maybe in the week stop doing it when the site is a little bit quieter.I know the one in Hereford is bad for being empty and yet you still need to book even if there is no one there.

Well organised and the lads are helpful if you need a lift with something.I've seen them help on their own initiative.

The Ross site is easily accessible and has a really good flow through system.It could be open every day which would be useful but this is not essential.The guys that work there are always helpful .I have been to quite a few sites in various places and Ross is easily the bestWell done

Fantastic local skip place and we have the best staff in the U.K., friendly, helpful, always smiling even on the drab days, shame it's only open 3 days a week, having said that it's open at the right times like weekends and it's open decent hours and is real easy to get in and out top marks for the flow through system xx
