I got my lips dissolved and refilled by Jumaima it was such a easy and lovely process. Customer service was impeccable and the clinic is absolutely beautiful.

I could have given zero stars if possible. The lip blush treatment service provider Ashley is the most rude and unprofessional. Not only did she cancel appointments via text at midnight and not pick up calls the next day, but she also reportedly blocked communication attempts, refused to return deposits, and left a treatment unfinished.Moreover, it is deeply concerning that she allegedly tried to victimize herself when a refund was requested and threatened to call the police. This kind of behavior is clearly not in line with industry standards and is highly unusual.She doesn’t understand professionalism and clearly doesn’t understand that clients have the right to expect a level of professionalism and respect from service providers.She literally is there to eat your money. She cancels the appointment via text at 12:00 am midnight and does not pick up the call next day. She blocks when you try and reach her. Doesn’t give ur deposit back, doesn’t reschedule the appointment. SHE JUST EATS UR MONEY. She does not respond back once you pay her, extremely rude and cancels and reschedules late at night just via text. She doesn’t listen to rest of the staff and threatens to call police when you politely ask for answers. She does not finish the treatment on time and leaves you half way through the treatment. Did not finish my lip neuralisation and left me stranded. MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER. SHE WILL DEFINITELY EAT YOUR MONEY. Don’t waste your money and time, DONT BOOK !

Where do I start? For valentines day I wanted to ensure that I treat my girlfriend to a luxury experience of her choosing. She had mentioned Klashed Aesthetics a few times previously, so I took note and travelled to Chingford to book a valentines treatment. The place is breath taking, the staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. They suggested a gift card to ensure that my girlfriend could pick a treatment of her choosing. I usually stay away from my girlfriends pampering appointments, but I had to get a second look at this clinic which says a lot! If you're considering getting any Aesthetics treatment, try Klashed you won't regret it. Special shout out to the owner Jumaima, who has been checking in with my girlfriend to ensure the aftercare has gone to plan. 5/5 service

I’ve been getting my Lips done here on a regular basis since November 2022, always have the most welcoming staff. My results are always just what I want, slowly been building them up with Jumaima and she’s been always amazing with giving me natural results but making a huge difference. Will be the only place I keep going to for my lips!

This place has the worst service possible.Booked with Ashley and she cancelled 11 hours before my booking and refused to give back the deposit.She is extremely unprofessional and will block you upon receipt of your money.Be very wary making bookings at this place it’s very hit & miss, besides there are much better places where you’ll get amazing service without dealing with horrible unprofessional technicians.

Found this place in the heart of north Chingford. Staff are warm and welcoming. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed before my treatment. I will definitely recommend.
