Harvey Water Softeners

I have purchased Harvey Softeners for each of my properties.Plenty of advantages to have: the heating system is more efficient, less plumbery maintenance, windows, floor, kitchen, and bathroom cleaner, and the dishwasher and washing machine more efficient.Their sales team and finance team are very nice and very helpful.I would recommend you to have one.

Great communication, Conor the technician arrived on time, courteous, professional, respectful , knowledgeable, whilst focused on doing a great installation. Before leaving we were walked through how to enjoy the benefits and how each worked. The results are amazing and immediately apparent. We're in a very hard water supply area no more - it's great and we recommend Harvey Water Softeners without hesitation.

The team were incredibly friendly and helpful. Set up was pretty straightforward and it’s amazing how instant the soft water effects take place. Frank from sales team was really informative and gave straight forward demonstration. Matt the installer got it all set up in one visit. Both very friendly and professional.

From the initial contact right through to the installation itself, the experience was faultless. Great service, prompt response, courtious sales and technical staff. Absolutely first class. In addition to that, how have I lived on the south coast so long without the benefit of the Harvey softer, 3 weeks in, I still find the difference in the water, well, mind boggling! A great product with so many benefits to offer.

Don't go to these guys, their after service is the worst in the market! Their Customer Service and Remedial and Repair team response is horrific! The company is the money grabber.We had a leaking water softener, so we booked in for an engineer. The available time slot was after 4 weeks. The engineer came and fixed the water Softener but he didn't have plinth to raise the water softener from the ground. This was important given the water softener waste pipe was lower than the outlet through the wall. He turned off the water Softener after repair and said that he will get someone from the installation team to come and install the plinth. He mentioned that the installer generally carries plinth around. He gave a timeframe of 2 days. Its been 10days and my husband and I, between us called at least 10times. No one know the next step and it appears they have a team of 2 who books in repair engineer but they are never found on their desk. Their work time is from 9-5pm but if you call at 4.30pm, they are gone. They lied saying they tried to call me but no VM, they emailed me, but no email came through. I have an infant with severe eczema and I mentioned that to the repairer and every time i called..nothing! Horrific Experience!!!! Beware

I purchased a water softener with Harvey’s in 2021 and had no issues with the installation or the engineers. The product itself has been brilliant.My one star review is regarding the recent email, stating I have an outstanding balance of £370 from 2021 and demanding payment.I replied 3 times to this email showing bank statements and wondering why they were chasing me for an outstanding balance from 2 years ago.They replied stating I now owe them £90, with no mention of the original £370 they were demanding.I have no idea why this company is chasing old customers for money which has already been paid. I would urge customers who are receiving similar emails to check your old correspondence before paying them.I will be contacting the financial ombudsman.

Excellent experience. I was particularly impressed with the speed of the whole process – less than two weeks between first contact and the installation of our new water softener. The whole process was quick and pleasant. Both the sales rep and the installer were friendly and explained everything very well. Very happy!

Before giving a negative review comments i would like to be very clear on the fact that Harvey's customer service team and installation team had been excellent. I have complaint in regards to Damage and Repair Remedial team".My kitchen under sink door was damaged during softener installation. When contacted to remedial team

I had water softener before but I wanted to change as that was electric & costing me a lot. So I decided to change to Harvey. The engineer who came to install not happy complained to the company, sent different engineer to fix the issues. Now within months after installation stopped using salt. Called yesterday I was told in very abrupt way to wipe inside with damp cloth which I did. Checking today still same. Called again the same lady first put me on hold for more than 5 minutes & then told me the next available appointment is 21/12, two weeks which means I’ll not have soft water for two weeks.Totally disappointed I regret charging.

Team were great from start to finish. Initial visit from sales agent was good, the agent was thorough and honest and selected the product that suited me best. The installation team were fantastic as the plumbing system in the house did not make installation easy - they were patient, spent time identifying and trying to solve the problem, friendly and very helpful throughout, talking me through everything clearly.
