The Crown Hotel

Why shud I pay for a glass of wine served in a bloody plastic glass. Disgusting. Completely destroys the taste and flavour and enjoyment. Get your act in order noobe here us going to throw glasses. Nightmare. Do not come here.

I know it's a good pub. Although I wasn't at the pub it was the bus stop, i had been too my daughters for the weekend and was travelling back to Keighley from there

The room was dirty, words written in the dust on the fireplace and headboard of the bed,the bathroom had no frosted glass in the window, this overlooks the beer garden and if you can see everything so can they,waste bin was full of female sanitary products and not emptied for 4 days which was and not ours,no complimentary washing products as advertised, the milk for tea and coffee was 2 months out of date, when you go for breakfast you have to tell the chef in the kitchen you want breakfast or you don't get one just ceriels or toast, no crockery or glasses available unless you ask for them,not worth the money to stay here will not rush to go back and last but not least the room was above the bar very noisy and one night they didn't shut up until 1am in the morning there should be more consideration for the residents who have rooms above the bar.

Been today for first time since food has been back on and highly recommended it. Will be back again

The room was clean , could do with a few improvements especially in the bathroom.The bar was good and the food was good, hot and nicely presented

Came today after work ordered some food it was fast coming and really clean and tasty , will be returning , recommend for a visit!

Literally the worst hotel I've stayed in with work (and considering it's usually Premier Inn, that's a pretty low bar).Rooms were dirty, bed was uncomfortable, no toiletries (including hand soap), windows wouldn't close properly and road was mega loud.Service was the worst, confirmed with hotel we'd arrive between 4pm and 5pm. Staff didn't arrive until 5pm so we were sat outside like wallys. Went down for breakfast, no staff there to take any orders, and the fire alarm was going off for 30mins. What an absolute joke

This is the most amazing hotel in the world I love coming here live just around the corner from it amazing staff and amazing food.

Food was good. Organisation not so good. Dining room needs re redecorating as had an awful smell to it
