Maidstone Dental & Implant Centre - Invisalign and Dental Implants

This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever had. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are all very patient-centred. The dentists and hygienists explain exactly what they are going to do and let you know each step as they treat you. The reception staff have a very calming manner and are always willing to chat and reassure patients. Teeth problems I have had have always been resolved. When my wife needed urgent treatment the staff were very flexible to accommodate her needs. The compassion they have shown me recently following a bereavement has been incredibly kind. Thank you all.

I had an issue on a Sunday evening as my gold inlay fell out, luckily I didn’t swallow it. But where could I get it put back before work on Monday morning? I called a few dentists but nobody picked up on Sunday evening at 7.30pm. I then got an emergency appointment for the following day (Monday morning at 8.30) at Maidstone Dental. I was seen promptly at 8.30 and all fixed in 15 minutes. I was in London at work by 10am. I’m so impressed with this super service at an affordable price.Thank you so much, I’m really grateful for your help!

Recently I went on a trip to England and my crown came off. I went to Maidstone Dental Centre and from the moment I got there to when I left I felt well taken care of. The dentist I saw was Dr. Masoodi and he was very professional and also had a great sense of humor which made me at ease. If he had a practice where I lived I would have him as my dentist in a heart beat. As for the front staff I dealt with Nimi and she provided me with all the documentation I required to take home with me to get reimbursed. She also went above and beyond and arranged to get a taxi for me. I can’t say enough about this dental clinic! Thank you again…Tracey from Canada

From contact, reception and treatment this was first class. As an emergency case at the weekend I was able to speak with a person on initial contact which was helpful and reassuring.The dentist was clear and detailed with his treatment plan and took his time to ensure an excellent end result.If I lived in the area I would be attending this practice without doubt

After years of putting off the dentist, whilst I still don’t like going to the dentist (!), Manisha has been brilliant over the last two years & has always been so respectful and amazing when it comes to any treatment needed & putting my nerves to rest. She was also fantastic throughout my whole Invisalign process & I can’t say a big enough thanks. Not just that, as soon as you walk in the receptionists are so welcoming and makes the overall experience that little bit better. Definitely recommend the practice. I don’t even live in Maidstone now but will travel there just for the dentist as I don’t want to go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

I can honestly say every time I go to this dental practice, it is a nice experience. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, they talk to you and educate you about easy things you can do at home to improve how you care for your teeth, they send friendly reminders which are super helpful these days for busy lifestyles. I can’t rate this place highly enough, there are few places I go these days where am always happy with the service. I 100% recommend this dental practice to anyone, particularly those who have worries about visiting the dentist, you can’t help but feel at ease and looked after there

The service and treatment was amazing. My daughter had broken her two front teeth in half. The team put her at ease and the outcome was perfect. You will not need another dentist than this one.

Efficient booking service with email reminders and welcoming and helpful staff . The dental experience was very good, where I was put at ease and all aspects of my treatment were fully explained. The treatment that followed was quick with limited discomfort. I had two crowns and an extraction. The return visit to fit the permanent crowns, again was quick and the end result is perfect. Would highly recommend.

My first visit here - check up & then a hygienist appointment. I'm somewhat nervous - everyone I came into contact with was kind, patient & caring. Check up was thorough & reasonably priced, & results of the hygienist appointment were outstanding - I did feel the hygienist appointment was rather expensive, but as the results were so good, I felt it was money well spent. Lovely, clean, modern environment.
