Zack and Nathan, the 2 paramedics who attended my dad today were so kind, caring and considerate. They both were very professional and explained everything very well myself and my family cannot thank them enough.

A big thank you to the 2 operatives and also who every was else involved in bringing my husband back home after his hand surgery at very short notice from Bristol south mead hospital on Mon 14th Oct into Tues 15th Oct early am .Has the 2 operatives were at the end of there shift ,went out of there way to accommodate the above, much appreciated and many thanks again, as it was a long day for your operatives and my husband keep up the good work .

I had the misfortune of slipping on an icy pavement in Bristol City Centre on Saturday evening sustaining a cut to my head. I was treated for it by Laura, Emily & Felicity from Bristol Ambulance. They were kind, caring & very professional and I thank them most sincerely. Kind regards.

Awful company, recruitment process is extremely poor, been ignored twice by the same ‘recruiter’ over a year period. Appalling excuses every time given. If you want a job this isn’t the place to go. I was warned before applying by multiple old crew mates not to bother with this company but tried anyway and all they did was mess me around. Avoid.

This week 3 very friendly paramedics arrived at our home in keynsham in the morning I was their first call on Tuesdayand took me after examination to RUH bath very busy we waited in ambulance for over 7 hrs hospital very busy before I was taken in to emergency dept they were brilliant all this time and took hospital Consultant tests on the ambulance with very professional skills, looked after me well.Many thanks to the two welsh ladies and their male driver,eventually said friendly fairwells 9 hrs into their shift

23rd December 2020. Had cardiac arrest. Believe BAS were first in attendance with Adam and Ashton as crew. Can’t thank you enough guys. 6 months on and I’m living life again. Your defib, 4 times, saved my life.

A huge thank you to a great team of paramedics who arrived on the scene to help me.Samuel Harding, Shannon Hockley and Zack Green were absolutely amazing!!!They are such a friendly bunch, took great care of me, made me laugh and really helped to calm me down after a horrible accident.I can't thank them enough! Zack is a very valuable member of the team!

Just a massive thank you to the 2 kind and compassionate paramedics that collected me from home this morning. Mavis the cat warmed instantly and now wants her own BP bag. Ladies, your advice has been taken on board and I have scheduled a doctors appointment.
