Items were missing from my parcel. I had to source from somewhere else in the meantime, as l needed them asap.They have more staff now to deal with customers.I wish them well.

GREAT SHOP GREAT PRICES,BUT.Don’t be tempted to avail of the over £100 free next DAY delivery. Bosun bob packed 06/09/23 DX PICKED UP THAT DAY. Got txt that night saying delivery 07/09/23 . 9am next morning got txt Gavin was delivering between 16.58/18.58 that day . Gavin neither contacted or appeared emailed boson bob told me would be there on the 08:09/23 IT WASNT. Today PM on the 12/09/23 it arrived. So anyone going to add that extra item to take it over the £100 for the free delivery think again use the price of that item for diesel , petrol or busfare and go get it . If bosun bob went out his back threw your order in the tide there’s more chance of a big wave delivering it to your door next day

On line order confirmed on Thursday 24th at 20.30. Package received in Dublin on Monday 28th at 12.00. All items delivered as requested. Excellent service, quality and efficiency. Highly recommended.

Excellent turnaround time. Ordered late Thursday night. Waiting at door for me before 8am Saturday. Delivery from Northern to Southern Ireland. Easily recommend this company and will use again.

I believe in supporting local businesses so yesterday I drove 40 miles to this shop in order to purchase an item I needed for sailing next week. When I got to the shop it was closed with a notice on the door saying this was due to staff illness. I ordered the item on Amazon and it arrived at my house in less than 24 hours. And the High Street shops wonder why they are failing? Never again.

I purchased two pairs of Dubarry deck Shoes from Bosun Bob's. On receipt both pairs were too big, their return was easily arranged and half size smaller replacements ordered.The deck shoes were competitively priced, service was good and I would use Bosun Bob's again.

Robert runs a great shop, good value and top quality service. I cant recommend his shop enough. He is easy to deal with and will always help even if its for the smallest item.
