Handy for work trip. No lift between floors but has basic amenities. Showers are fixed height so if you are over 6 foot 4 inches expect to stoop. Even number tons face into the main road and can be noisy

Stayed here whilst visiting the Harry Potter Studios tour. Rooms have bright lighting, comfy beds, decent TV and air con. The bathrooms are of the older type with smaller mirrors and need refreshing. The staff and service were fantastic. Breakfast was really nice and the staff couldn't do more to help.

Can’t fault this brand stayed in a good few now and the staff are polite and helpful close to the hatfield galleria and just half hrs drive from Harry Potter tour at levesden which we went to only trouble was getting back at rush hour using the north circular but that’s to be expected being outskirts of london..handy also the pub is right next door for breakfast and other meals

Definitely an older premier inn however, the room was still very nice and fitted with aircon. Very clean too! Perfect location for me as it is near the A1m. They also have a free car park with plenty of room for parking so no need to worry about this.

Older style Premier inn but for me that was a good point. I still think the quality of the older ones is better than the refitted ones. It was slightly run down but that's what you'd expect as older. Staff were great. Bed and pillows were very good. Bathrooms were a bit warn but overall good hotel and superb for events at Hatfield house. The only thing I would say is avoid the Brewers Fayre next door as that's terrible

Cheap, did the job.free car park and plenty of spaceNice staff.A few small let downs but nothing too big.1. The handle for the bathroom was very stiff. (This was the same in all 3 rooms that we had)2. The TV was slow to respond to the remote. Nothing major, and next time might just take my laptop3. The plug socket was weird, took my normal phone charger that at home would fast charge, but when plugging into the room plug sockets the charger would not fast charge.4. The AC/heating unit would only go down to 19°c and 17°c in the other 2 rooms

Very helpful staff, but confused by the room air con. Supposed to only provide heat but found provided cooling to 19C.Would have been nice to know at start of the stay, as got too hot during night and in desperation turned on heater unit" to 19Cand found cooled room beautifully.Needs clarification."

Perfect for a business trip. Not too crowded so breakfast was really relaxed. Perfect boiled eggs! The bedroom windows open which is so much better than the more modern Premier Inns where you can't open the windows and the aircon is never sufficient for a cool comfortable night. Fresh air is always the best. Made for a much more pleasant stay.

Came here with a colleague as we were working from our head office. Stayed for two nights and the receptionist was very lovely and friendly upon arrival. I checked out after the second night however my colleague was checking out the day after. Checkout was a simple pop your card in the box as you leave. I get numerous calls later that day to say I'd left all my things in my room and my items are being removed... I called back to talk to them about this and couldn't get through. They had mixed my colleague and my own room up and emptied all of my colleagues things out her room and shoved them in a bag and left them at reception. Some of these things were pretty valuable and the attitude of the woman dealing with the situation was so awkward and somewhat rude. My colleague asked them to put her things back in the room they've put up for her and she had to push for that as they refused to do it at first. They then moved my colleague to another room for her final night, but the stress it caused for her and myself was appalling. It's a shame this happened and I'm sure it doesn't happen regularly, but the attitude of the lady who dealt with it ruined our visit.
