i have had singing lessons with matt for the last year and have completed both my grade 8 musical theatre and my diploma in musical theatre in that period of time, passing both with distinction level results. during this time, matt has taught me so much about my voice and individual techniques, as well as audition preparation and exploration of musical theatre. matt is professional and patient and strives for success with each student and i have thoroughly enjoyed developing my voice with matt!

I have been taking piano lessons for 4 years now, it has been such a great experience developing my musical confidence. I enjoy learning a new pieces, I feel engaged and empowered to keep striving. I definitely recommend, It was the best decision I made to get started with this.

I have really enjoyed learning to play the piano with Matt, I have been having lessons for nearly a year. Learning to read music has been a revelation. Surprisingly I really love the music theory, being one of the 'older' pupil I have found the learning process interesting and challenging. I had always wanted to play the piano but never had time when I was working, really happy with how far I have come.

Matthew has been teaching my children piano for 5ish years now. They both thoroughly enjoy their lessons and have achieved great exam results. Matthew is not only a talented musician but an exceptional teacher - my children have connected to Matthew with such ease, both face to face and virtually, and both my children have very different learning styles and personalities!!

Matt has been teaching my daughter for a few months now and she is absolutely growing in confidence and enthusiasm each and every week. Having the best time means she really wants to practice and show us at home what she is currently working on. Matt is so professional and encouraging which to my daughter is really everything. Matt was my singing teacher for 3 years, and throughout that time not only did I improve as a singer but I learnt so many singing techniques and was able to take my grade 8 singing exam successfully alongside Matt. He has expert knowledge and was fantastic at specialising in Musical theatre vocals which I had not found anywhere else. He helped me and my friends who also were his students get our first main roles and has continued to support our journeys after by seeing the shows we're in. I highly recommend Matt to anyone I know looking to start Singing lessons and piano lessons. He and his tuition are absolutely brilliant!
