Enterprise Car Hire - London Heathrow Airport

Me and my family recently had a very unfortunate experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I rented a car for my wife and three kids for their arrival at Heathrow Airport from the USA. Initially, everything went smoothly for the first four weeks of our rental period, but then things took a disastrous turn.I received an unexpected phone call from Enterprise stating that the cost of our rental had suddenly skyrocketed from £220 to £720 per week. Naturally, I declined this outrageous increase and decided to make an online reservation for a different car, which I managed to secure for the original price of £220 per week.However, upon arriving at Enterprise at the Heathrow Airport location, Chris the manager refused to honor our new reservation. To make matters worse, he demanded that my wife and three young children return the original rental car, which they had been dependent upon. This left them stranded at the airport at 7pm, a highly inconvenient and unsafe situation.The lack of professionalism and consideration displayed by Chris and the Enterprise Rent-A-Car team is simply unacceptable. Leaving my family stranded at the airport, without any reasonable explanation or alternative transportation, is unforgivable.As a loyal and trusting customer, it pains me to say that I cannot recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car based on this disastrous experience. The sudden increase in price, the refusal to honor a valid reservation, and the disregard for the safety and well-being of my family have made it clear that Enterprise does not prioritize customer satisfaction or loyalty.I strongly advise anyone considering renting a car from Enterprise to proceed with caution. My hope is that the company takes steps to rectify these issues and improve their service, ensuring that no other families are put in such distressing situations in the future.

Jordan was extremely helpful when I returned the car on 14 December and made sure the shuttle bus to the airport didn’t leave without me. All enterprise staff that I have dealt with, including Stirchley and Manchester airport, in the last few weeks have been excellent and Enterprise obviously have a very good training and recruitment program.ThanksNick

Pick up and drop off were a dream. After having an awful experience with a different rental company at this airport, my expectations were low. But every employee at this enterprise were so kind, friendly and helpful. I will always use enterprise for my car rentals after this experience.

This car rental company is an absolute nightmare. After returning the car they held onto my money for already four months and refused to provide an invoice for the damage they claimed I caused. I'm calling them every few days to request the invoice, but they never providing it, making it impossible for me to claim reimbursement from my insurance. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely untrustworthy. Stay away! Hopefully this will help others avoid a similar experience."

I highly recommend Enterprise. I needed a car at the last minute, the price was reasonable. I booked everything online. Upon arriving at the centre at night I was greeted by Kiran, who swiftly took care of everything. I got a choice between two cars, which was great and everything was explained thoroughly. This was my first time renting a car. All in all it was a positive experience.

I have rented here on several occasions and I have always received service that is better than anywhere else in the world and I have rented cars all over the globe. Dan and Jeffrin helped me the last time I was there and took amazing care of us. We had a tire problem on our trip and they got our insurance claim sorted super quick and easy. Great work guys.

What fantastic service. Omar greeted us as soon as we arrived on the free shuttle. Very friendly and efficient. We were sorted and done so fast.On our return, we again were greeted by Omar. Just as friendly. I had left my iPad and a document wallet in the car. They grabbed me just as we were about to leave on the shuttle. So grateful for their quick thinking to not wait but just act.Easy to book, easy to pick up and drop off. Highly recommended by us

Excellent service. Easy transfer from airport, Jordan met me in the yard with everything ready, walked me through contract and car inspection with a cheer and friendly attitude. Was in the car and out of the lot under 5 minutes. Dropping car off was just as easy, met by super friendly Demmi(?), car inspected, cc deposit returned and in transfer van without wait. Highly recommend the car rental and staff engagement.

Very efficient shuttle service to/fro terminal 2 and rental location. I would like to commend Niru, who was very professional, patient and helpful in finding us a car that suited our corporate budget and needs.
