Adia Internet Cafe

Went there to fix my broken IPhone 10 screen and they ended up breaking my Face ID sensor and told me that it was somehow my fault. They charged me the entire amount (85£) and were reluctant to take card payment for some reason. Overall, horrible experience and very shady!

Absolutely terrible, the staff were not friendly at all and when we went to buy a product they didnt give us a physical receipt and the phone broke the week after. We went to return it and they didnt accept as they said there was no receipt. In front of many people they swore at me and my family and they said raise comments. I would completely avoid this place as it is not appropriate nor have proper business standards. They sold a vape to an underage kid and didnt even ask for id and when we questioned them they said that they didnt care cos they knew him personally. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour and I dont think anybody should be going through such bad customer service. They sold their products quite overpriced. I bought an iPhone 11 for £300 while other stores said that its only £180 and that I got scammed. The manager was screaming in my face while his employee was making racist comments. Another customer also complained as he cancelled her printing and told her to get out but still charged her triple the price. I dont want anybody to go through the experience I went through.

Don’t even want to give one star. First, can only pay by cash. Second, I bought a MacBook there. The night I bought it home I tried to use it. But unable to upgrade the system or use google drive. Useless. It says 3 months guarantee. I brought it back but they couldn’t fix it!! I left the MacBook there and went back twice. They cannot fix it. Tried to call but they kept me wait and later the line was always busy. Scammers! Will contact Police station!

What seems to be the owner, is as rude as it gets.Do not go to that place if you are civilised.

The owner is a rude greedy individual. Always attempting to overcharge people where he can. There is a kind man that works there that does the printing but today I experienced disgusting service from the owner. Will not be returning after this service

I visited this shop as I needed a computer with CD ROM. The owner was very kind and friendly, and extremely helpful. The price of using a computer was super cheap. I would definitely revisit this internet cafe!

My Samsung phone wouldn't charge. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and the cost was reasonable. Plus they have a good range of phone covers at good prices as well. They only accept cash. No problem!

This is the best internet shop ever I defo would recommend to anyone they have all the stuff you need for a reasonable price am coming here back again. And staff where so polite!

Needs to print some documents quickly whilst out and about. Got the job done here with no issues at all. Staff was helpful enough. Prices were standard, 50p to use the computer in order to send jobs to the printer and 10p per page black and white. No issues at all. Quick and easy.Be mindful of how and where to park if you drive there

Yes I like this shop to print from the internet. They are cheaper than others in the Kilburn High Road and always pleasant. I'm not much of a mobile phone person, I have a cheap £12.99 phone from Argos so I cannot comment about their mobile phone and fixing service. Much more pleasant staff than Phone Fix and Vape in the Kilburn High Road (I find them quite objectionable) and cheaper to use the internet and print.
