I used FP Surveying for my Help to Buy valuation for Target and then subsequently a desktop valuation when my first sale fell through. I could not be any happier with the service that I received from both Mike Jones and Maia. Their fees came up the cheapest of 3 quotes which sounded too good to be true and I was nervous to pay upfront, but I needn't have been as they were brilliant! They respond so quickly to enquiries, were able to get me booked in quickly and the valuation reports were delivered promptly as promised. They were also both very friendly to deal with. All was accepted by Target, no issues and house sale has now completed.

Our surveyor John Frost was brilliant - he really knows his trade. He conducted a level 2 homebuyers survey and revealed an issue that would have made the purchase/re-selling the property in the future problematic. As first time buyers, my partner and I were so grateful to have had his experienced insight and further advice with a couple of follow up calls. We booked him for the next flat we were looking at, again very thorough (and honest!) with the notes on the survey - results came back exceptionally quickly. They were the cheapest quote we could find too. Huge thanks!

Highly recommend Mr. Peter Good. I requested a follow up call to better understand the report and to ask clarification. He accomodated despite his busy schedule.Communication was top notch, and he explained with reassurance as well as call outs to key priorities and differentiated the property improvemrnt recommendations.Price is affordable too, compared to other market quotes.The company may do better though on shorter lead time from from time of booking to actual survey schedule. Though the report was completed not long after the survey, in line with SLA.

Nigel carried out a level 2 RICS Home Survey at our prospective new home. He was kind enough to contact us prior to the visit, and ask if there were any particular areas of concern we wanted him to look into on top of his standard investigation. We received his detailed report the day after the inspection, which included photographs, clear descriptions and helpful recommendations for each issue identified. He followed up on all the things we asked him to pay particular attention to, and was at all times very polite and responsive. Thanks for the excellent service!

I couldn't recommend them enough, honestly! I'm in the process of buying my house and they just made a step in the process easier. The survey was booked and complete within a week: a week, and I'm not exaggerating. David my surveyor was a pleasure to talk to. He went through the property and after inspecting he gave me a call to explain the immediate issues he had spotted. You just know when you find a good company. Their rates are also unbeatable, even my conveyancing agent was surprised at them. It's a no brainer, if you want a RICS Survey for your home, these are your people
