Great Dentists, everyone is always friendly.

Fantastic team and dental skills. Angels at work, prepare for random miracles. I actually went by how the website felt to me and took a bus into Helston over the closer Penzance (40ish min. ride, so worth it!!). I had to go for an emergency visit and was afraid a tooth had to be pulled, adrenaline high, which the dentist and team responded to with remarkable patience and kindness. I felt SO well taken care of. Love comes in many forms. Needless to say, they solved my dental problems painlessly and fast, and I left with my smile restored. Thank you Angels. xx Tanya

First class treatment, had a session with Alison the hygienist who not only carried out excellent treatment but explained in detail how, I could improve my daily routine.I had a full check up with Mark who was very thorough and examined me and carried out X Ray's.Very impressed from the friendly receptionist and all the staff involved today.Many thanks.

I registered after obtaining a form from Mark about 4 months back. We had tried previously with the reception staff and always been refused.Talked to Mark and got registered straightaway? Funny that?The staff are quite rude and we feel they really over step their bounds, turning customers away and their manner on the phone really is talking down to folks.Tried to register my kids and my wife and the staff there refused and said they are not taking more customers. They said they had lost two dentists. Well I can well imagine why with these fire breathing devils at the counter.It's just bizarre really. I could mention many other experiences. Very Fawlty Towers.
