The service was exceptional from start to finish from day one been so helpful and made my brothers and sister in law wedding magical and mesmerising. The event coordinator was so understanding with timing to keeping everything on track plus the extras was just unbelievable.Do not regret booking you for our family event

Amazing. Venue service was beautiful. Amran wa soo helpful from day one. My whole family loved the service. The food on point. They listened to all the requests we asked for and they delivered everything we asked. They made everything easy for us. Amran was there with us from start to finish making sure everything it’s perfect the communication supervision . Amazing experience for my first born wedding. Such a beautiful venue and perfect for any wedding whether you are from the brides side or the grooms side. We used allthe in-house facilities, the main ones which were absolutely beautiful were the fireworks that went off once the bride and groom were on stage and during the cake cutting ceremony which was such a beautiful moment to capture. The in house 360 Photo Booth was also so beautiful and the team worked with me to create a filter exactly how I wanted it which was fantastic. Not getting the desserts! From the set up all the way to the actual desserts it was phenomenal! The staff were absolutely amazing and a massive shout out to the manager Amar who went above and beyond for me to make sure my event ran smoothly and everything was taken care of so I could enjoy the event. Thank you so much Amar you truly were amazing! I highly recommend using this beautiful venue for all your events! Thank you once again grand botanical for making the day so special and beautiful!!

Once they have your money all service goes out the window with this venue. My family and I were appalled by the poor communication from the team. We had a number of issues:- Food was cold using their recommended caterers.- There was a “food shortage” on tables with not all curries served and refusal of refills to the guests and there was 22 buckets of curry at the end of the evening which they charged us £3.50 per bucket which was mandatory to pay - in addition they went around asking our guests to pay.- The wedding coordinator left half way through the event with no communication- Someone in the management team man handled the cake with their bare hands (removed the top tier from the cake) before we had photos and cut it. We had to take our pictures from a certain angle (also caught this on camera).- The venue coordinators were rude to guests asking them to move tables and hurry up when taking family photos.We have tried to make contact for 4 months. Was scheduled a zoom call today with family members and they did not attend the call.Do not recommend unless you want your day stressful and to be ripped off.Do not believe other reviews on here, you’ll see they are fake and counter everything bad reviews say which is suspicious.Ps - they contacted us 5/10/23 after my review posted saying they won’t do anything and this was a fake review. Couldn’t express how much we love the service here. Had our second event here today again and the staff can not be faulted. Everything is always up to the highest of standard and the day is beautifully co-ordinated which takes the stress off the families. Both times we had Amran at the events and there’s not a bad word to say at all, his mannerisms and the way he deals with the event is absolutely outstanding. Huge thank you to everyone at the hall, we loved and enjoyed the whole day thoroughly and that’s all credit which is due to them.

Amazing venue, organisation and event. From start to finish the Mehndi (Henna) event was highly professional, managers were helpful at every stage and detailed in planning. Imran was the manager on the day and amazingly calm, helpful, courteous and professional. A Beautiful and well decorated venue for sure, perfect for photos !Reason to visit due to a family wedding, food was good I will say, dessert wasnt my taste not much of choice.., well I didn't get the chance to eat much as the staff took away food quick before getting chance to eat which was the downside and most didnt bother asking if the guests are still eating or not ? Instead took the food away lol.You can tell the staff was in a hurry to clean up not sure why? as we had to keep asking them to allow more time for guests to eat.We Kept asking for more drinks as wasn't enough being placed on tables as also bottles been taken away not sure for what reason as guests having to wait around for drinks which also was downside to the service provided which I expected a higher service.A bit of a disappointed as the venue is Beautiful from the inside can't fault on decor and entrance , but not so much of the area on the outside or the look.Thanks.

This was a nice wedding venue with a well designed stage for a bride entry walkway onto the stage. The food service was well organised and courteous. The food was well cooked but perhaps not the best I have tasted. The venue has prayer areas. The venue doesn't have its own parking but there is public parking outside. The disabled wheelchair access is possible from the side entrance through the service area(definitely could improve this). The place has wall to wall coverage of colourful fake flowers. I prefer a little more discrete use but people can pose for photographs just about anywhere. The building is suitable for small to medium size weddings but is a little pricey in comparison to some of the other venues. It is well worth a consideration for hosting weddings.

I had my wedding at The Grand Botanical Suite and I can not recommend the venue enough. I did have some doubts initially as I had not attended a wedding at this venue before however the coordinator Amran kept me reassured. From start to finish the communication was great, my messages and calls were responded to within 24 hours which was great. We did use the caterers the venue recommended, I changed the menu a couple of times and there was no issues. I would recommend to use the caterers the venue provide, the food was hot and very tasty. There was a worry food may run out however in fact there was soo much food left over at the end of the night so I would advise to trust the venue and go with the recommended food servings. All tables were refilled and this was not an issue.On the day there was coordination and a manager on site, the event was running late however the coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly. There is parking on site, I had the tea set up station with the pastries and biscuits. This is worth having as all our guests loved it. All the staff I spoke with and coordinated with have remained professional and approachable and I can not recommend this venue enough if you would like a relaxed yet wow factor wedding day.
