Caddington Golf Club

A very nice gold club, very well looked after and very professional looking. There is a public access footpath that runs through here that leads onto Caddington itself. A very nice walk .

It's a great location. The course is challenging and well set out. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday at 15.30 Tee time .Lovely setting.

I played my first game and absolutely loved it. Great place, atmosphere and people. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking to start playing.

1st time visitor to the course yesterday. For the money I can't really fault the course at all, was a really interesting challenge.Greens were in really good shape, some big tiers and undulations which added to the character. The two par threes that are over 200 yards are a real test, especially with the wind!Very friendly staff and fellow players, I will be back.One down side I found the cart paths need some attention, they are really bumpy when pushing a trolley.This course is quite hilly so is a fair walk!

Been here 6 times since I wrote my original review. Wanted to update so I'm not just a Victor Meldrew. The owners, managers and team are always very helpful. The course is improving as it matures and with a couple of visits the blind shots get easier. The greens, fairways and tees have all improved. So I would say on reflection it is a nice course with a nice team who do try to ensure your visit is enjoyable. Great value as well.Not great here but still better than Stockwood. Not very busy but that's probably because it's trying to be something it isn't. It's not your typical members club but acts like it is. Not quite sure how the membership works as the website doesn't make easy reading. It has several blind shot holes and some strange nuances on several holes (internal out of bounds) that probably won't suit some golfers. It's very reasonably priced and cheap after 2pm but overall I think the course is average. Fairly hilly course but you can't book a buggy until you arrive on site as a guest so if you aren't able to walk don't take a chance.

Lovely golf club course and staff. Greens are always spot on and always a good challenge . Love this course. Friendly members and always flowing. Going to join

Played today with my son and I am a beginner or average player the course is great lots of space and great greens it is quiet and peaceful and the people are so friendly a great course to play and challeging and the 9 hole is also very good as been on there before but the 18 is a great course

I'd say this course is good for your average golf game and a bit of fun. Currently, I'd go somewhere else for a more serious game.Bar staff are friendly - 5 stars to them.There's a completely unnecessary sign before the first tee that's on some run-down shack that says, The thing in the sand is called a rake

A fantastic golf course. No two shots the same especially off the tee box. Some beautiful undulations both on the fairways and greens. A gem.Although the club house is a little basic the staff are all extremely friendly.I highly recommend the course if anyone is looking for a change of scenery.

Course ok the greens are in very good condition and tough the club house could do with a good makeover
