Great shop! Visited over the weekend for some information, the lady was so helpful with me and my mum and took the time to explain how all the electric cigarettes work to us and showed us how to set them up. Neither of us have smoked cigarettes in 3 days, thank you!

Jay is really knowledgable and understands the market brilliantly. Him and his female collegue are always helpful and polite. Really down to earth with great aftercare service which is rear these days. I always go here cause they know what they are talking about. They are not pushy either which I like.ive used the other shops in town but for me the service and is of a higher standard at Phoenix. The deals they do are pretty good aswell. Hope they continue to do well in braintree.
