My drivers side electric window would not go back up as I was driving and then it started to rain. I went without an appointment, immediately, to M & T Transmissions, and straight away the guys got started on helping me out! Half an hour later the job was completed. This was the best ever experience I have had with a garage and I cannot thank the guys enough for helping me out without any notice! What made it even more incredible was that they had a lot of cars in their garage, yet, they did my window repair immediately within a matter of half an hour. I would strongly recommend this garage for anything you need for your car. Absolutely amazing customer service! A pleasure to deal with!

Workmanship and prices good.Phone manner and politeness absolutely shockingly poor in my experience, on more than one occasion.The chap who deals with calls could do with some basic customer service skills being read into.No complaint with the work.

What absolute legends! Can’t express my gratitude enough - wife, two young kids and myself on a short half term break to the Peak District (rubbish timing what with Storm Babet!) Driving through some really deep water today partially disconnected and then wedged some of the plastic undercarriage on our campervan, and with it scraping along the road and unable to fix it myself we found them and asked if they could help out. Super busy completing MOTs etc they squeezed us in and within 10 mins had the van hoisted up and removed the loose plastic section, and reassured us was safe to drive etc. Tried to give them some money but they refused! So impressed with their efficiency, professionalism and kindness. Can’t recommend enough - thank you!

Needed replacement differential bearings for Skoda Scout which had done 120k miles. Though it was booked in a good week in advance, they seemed busy but job was done within 6 hours. Good and friendly and offered a courtesy car. If I needed it. Happy, as long as it keeps car going for a good while more.

Took my car to be diagnosed (gearbox) and was told the problem was what I expected. Booked it in, work done and returned the same day. Awesome staff, awesome service and wouldn’t hesitate to use again! Brilliant :) Thanks guys

Took Sprinter in with noise from diff. Repair was done in 24 hours. Would highly recommend the garage, great service, great price. Thanks to the staff.

M&T replaced the gear box, clutch and dual mass flywheel on my 2016 reg Vivaro. They came in over a £1000 cheaper than some other the other quotes I had. They managed to fit me in at a few days notice and they had the van back to me the same day. 5 star service and would certainly recommend them.
