Louise at mirrors bar was outstanding with her customer service skills. She went over and above to get the correct glasses and drink from the other bar. She was friendly, kind and listened to my nonsense life story for 4 hours. Shes Amazing!

Free parking, and easy check-in at reception. The bedroom was quality and well maintained with complimentry coffee and biscuits. Free entry to adjoining spa and swimming pool for hotel residents. Good food offer in hotel restaurant and good beer in offer in bar.

The location was perfect for my needs. Every member of staff made me feel special. The gym is very well equipped, the spa was a real added bonus. The curry I ate was delicious. Only thing that didnt work was the tv in my room but that didnt matter. I cant wait to return and stay again!

I travel to Birmingham for work & sadly I've had a terrible experience with Park hotel management. On Sunday night I'd booked accommodation for monday & to my mistake, I had booked 2 months in advance. After contacting the hotel, the staff were extremely unhelpful to resolve this even after being a genuine mistake. My company has already spent over £2600 in accommodation for other colleagues & it's a shame after this small mistake, they will not change the date of the booking or reimbursement me.I'll be recommending my colleagues to not stay here from now on, given the management clearly don't want to resolve this in a diplomatic way. This is a shame for them losing my companies business over my human error that anyone could make.

Stayed one night in this hotel on a work trip. We ate in the restaurant and did some work in a bar and the staff in both were very friendly. The food was good too (although Vegan items on the menu were incorreclty labelled). Curry drizzled in Ghee was listed as vegan. Breakfast is also good. Didn't use the SpaThe whole hotel however looks shabby and tired. The room didn't feel very clean (the shower retractor fan was filthy) and there were a lot of scuff marks/ stains on the carpet. This was the same in the common areas. There was a warning when we checked in not to leave the bathroom door open when showering as it sets off the alarm. The place is used as a Nightingale Court and in the morning the metal detector to enter was brought out which gives the whole place a strange atmosphere. We needed to do work but there was nowhere to go as the whole place is used as court during the day. We sat in the breakfast area until 9am but were then kicked out of there and there are a couple of seats in reception but it was difficult to work there. The fire alarms all then started going off and were on for ages. A very strange experience overall and not really one I would recommend.

When we arrived we were greeted by what looked like an only staff member. We were checked in and given directions to our room, up the stairs than down a corridor then down the stairs, but these instructions were not clear, we asked again and this time after walking around for 10 minutes we found our room. The only good thing about this hotel was the free parking.Next time we have to work in Wolverhampton we will rather stay at a Travel Lodge or a Premier Inn, these are far superior. We forget some clothes at the back of the en-suite door, and it has been over a week, no contact.

Good value hotel for an overnight stay. We stayed here as a stop on our way to Wales, unfortunately for us our room was opposite the area where a wedding reception was taking place so it was very loud. People were up and down the corridor talking loudly late in the night, annoying but not the hotel's fault. Would have been better for us to be in a room away from the wedding guests. Didn't eat here but had a drink in the bar.

Bathroom - Every time we used the sink and shower it would back up with water and it was disgusting, we reported this to the hotel reception the first night and they said they would send someone to the room, this of course didn’t happen. A second time we asked, and they were NO help. The bathroom fan did not work, again we reported this, and reception did NOTHING, bathroom was rusty, mouldy, and disgusting. The bedsheets were dirty and there was make up on the sheets. The floor was filthy and numerous spiders were found. The room was messy, dirty, and housekeeping clearly did not clean the room properly. We are extremely unhappy with the service from the hotel and staff at the hotel were more concerned with hosting a wedding and its guests rather than also focusing on other guests at the hotel also. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone; the service and hygiene was disappointing.£557.86 was paid in total for these awful rooms and service, this hotel is not a 4-star hotel - stay at the premier inn - better service and hygiene

Stayed an evening with my wife as we were in Wolverhampton for a gig. Thought, with it being a spa and all that, it would be a nice treat for my wife before Xmas. I was wrong. Ended up having about 3 hours sleep as the noise coming from other guests (corridors / rooms) was really loud and went on until around 5:00am with no apparent intervention from staff (seemed to be a party at the hotel that evening, which was due to finish at midnight…. not 5 hours later). Mentioned it to the receptionist as we checked out, but as you can imagine, he was about as bothered as you’d expect of someone who’d already been paid. Room wasn’t great either. Disappointed.
