IMO Car Wash

Friendly staff, thorough pre wash. Hassel free car wash, range of different packages, reasonably priced.

This has always been mine and my partners favourite car wash cheap and washes the car really well. However today we attended like we always do my partner paid, with this the older employee at the premises said hi to me and I relied hi this man thought it was appropriate to look at me and say when I am done with my partner that he can show me a good time. He done this staring at me up and down with his tongue out laughing. My partner responded by telling him how disgusting that was and that he shouldn’t be so inappropriate he doesn’t know who people are or how long they have been together. I have noticed before how he stares at me, he has no education or respect for women. I felt extremely uncomfortable and there was no need for this sort of conversation during the day and by a person that works at a car wash. Please do background checks on your workers, we won’t be returning I didn’t feel safe.

Waste of money. These carwashes just to be the best of the automated ones because of the hand pre-wash but at the one that part was done with no care or enthusiasm, leaving the screen still covered with flies. It's the same price as the hand car washes and they always do a much better job. Won't we going there again. They were lucky to get 1 star!

Impressive service with friendly and professional staff. My car is spoletlessly clean inside and out for a £12. Which I felt offered sound value for money. I've downloaded the app as I will be using their facilities regularly.

Very cheap good car wash. I use a pre pay subscription as so much cheaper for a good wash! Normally use Grantham IMO but came here today and had excellent service and very friendly staff. Even gave me a microfiber cloth for when I'm cleaning my car inside. Very happy will definitely use again if I'm passing :)

Mostly good ,but a couple of small criticism's the wheel wash wasn't great and the drying pads totally miss my back screen. That being said we also took my wife's car and that was cleaned better although the wheels were still not 100% but about 90% . I have downloaded the app and I will try again and hopefully it will be better next time. The app offers a couple of quid off on some washes that's a plus .

Went there yesterday left waiting for a couple of minutes whilst the 2 guys cleaned the machine signage , gave the guy £3 he walked over to machine and ask me to move forward, my wife and asked me not to complain, but now my wheel which should have been cleaned by the guys b4 we entered the washer, are still dirty !!!

One of the better IMO's I have visited. I had to wait a small time on the que but it was worth it. The jet wash was better than the one I used in Kings Lynn. It seemed to have more power in the drive through jets as well. I was impressed at the finish on my car afterwards.

Is it wrong to say that coming here is one of the highlights of my week? The staff here do a brilliant job and their customer service is outstanding. The whole wash has just had a major face-lift / upgrade and is better than ever. Highly recommended.
