I’ve lost my words I don’t know how to thank you enough this guys at central Audi &VW specialists,they brought my car back to life. The alternator on my RS7 died main dealership refused to fix the vehicle because was chipped tuning.If your Audi ore VW dealer won’t fix it then this guys will do it for you.

If you own an Audi without question use this company. The customer service is excellent. Charlie and the team do an outstanding job of looking after their customers and their vehicles. After poor experiences with Audi garages do not hesitate in putting your trust in Central. Despite contacting Audi 3 times for a price check on an item I'm still without a reply and that was 2 months ago!! They're only interested in selling you a shiny new vehicle not engaged in aftercare.

Great communication from Charlie. I took my car in due to front wheels spinning up on a Quattro. It was diagnosed as a haldex issue and fixed on the same day and I was kept in the loop the whole time. Recommend

Central managed to perform a major service, including brakes/AC and a complimentary vehicle health check on my Audi A7 on short notice as I initially booked at a later date. Charlie was remarkably prompt, efficient and advised me of any potential issues to look out for going forward. Great experience, definitely will be returning again.

Central Audi & VW Specialists are a great company to use. They did exactly what I required for a great price and put me fully at ease. I booked the fill diagnostic for a new car I had purchased and because I didn't know the full history wanted a comprehensive check. Central did this for me while I waited and gave me full confidence in the car. A great experience.

Excellent experience. Charlie was so great at keeping me in the loop the entire time. Anything she said she was going to do, she got done. My Audi got fixed and returned to me smelling really nice inside also. Just great.
