Working with Emma has been great. As someone who has always hated exercise I am pleased to say I’m enjoying every workout! It’s been 6 weeks since I started and I’m feeling healthier, have more energy, and am seeing a difference when I look in the mirror.

I signed up to the 6 weeks core foundations course after feeling so fed up, unmotivated and unfit. I am almost finished my 6 week programme and have signed up for another year as I have enjoyed it so much. Emma and the team at EH Fitness are so friendly and you can tell they really care about you as a client. The classes are such good fun and you feel like you’ve really worked out afterwards. Anyone who was apprehensive about the gym or trying to get fit again, please check these guys out, you will not be disappointed!

I love coming along to EH fitness classes. Instructors are so knowledgeable, friendly and classes varied. I have been coming to classes for a year and seen my fitness and strength improve significantly all the while having fun! Can thoroughly recommend!

If you’re thinking about joining EH Fitness, do it! EH Fitness offers a supportive and knowledgable coaching team, a fun community environment and high quality classes and group PT sessions. There’s a huge choice of classes available throughout the week depending on your preferences. Most of all, Emma and the team take a holistic approach focused not only on improving your physical health and strength, but also on nutrition, your mindset and motivations around exercise and encourage you to make long term sustainable changes to help you achieve your goals. It’s genuinely the most well rounded approach to fitness I’ve ever come across and you can’t help but love it!

Eh-fitness is amazing! It’s run by a team of highly dedicated and professional coaches who will go above and beyond to help clients reach their own personal goals and personal best.All pillars of health, fitness, nutrition, obstacles to progression and women’s health are to name but a few of topics focused on by the team.The coaches are highly motivational and extremely experienced in their field. As a new client, I immediately felt welcomed and treated as part of the team which was so different from past experiences of just turning up to the local gym and not interacting with other members. Each member is encouraged throughout the entire session with advice on form/posture/alignment to prevent strain and injury and ensuring maximum benefit from each workout.This service is very unique as it is very much tailored to the individual as Emma and the other coaches know that one size does not fit all, and that people all have individual abilities and preferences.I’m sure I speak for every other member of the team when I say that we all genuinely love our sessions, we all feel so good at the end of a workout and arealways so glad to have completed our workout.I could not be more happy with my membership with Eh-fitness, I struggle with the thought of ever not having it in my life. To anyone thinking about joining, I’d say go ahead and do it…you definitely won’t regret it! It could be the start of the new and improved you.

I have recently completed The Mindset Academy through EH Fitness and it has completely changed my outlook on so many different aspects in life in such a positive way. I wish I had done this sooner. I also attend fitness classes regularly throughout the week with Emma and team. Emma has not only created a fantastic fun way to achieve your fitness goals she has also created a fitness community. Would highly recommend.

I joined EH Fitness with hopes of becoming stronger but trepidation about enduring lower back weakness due to prolapsed discs. The combination of tailored PT sessions, an at-home (and therefore flexible) 'restore your core' programme of exercises, and truly supportive and friendly instructors has truly improved my life! I am stronger, more confident and have met some wonderful people along the way.

I am so glad that I joined EH Fitness. I can not thank Emma and Corra enough for all the help and support they have given me especially during my PT Classes. The first picture with my jacket on was when I was pretty heavy the one next to it was taken a couple of weeks ago and I can already see the difference. If your like me and struggle to motivate yourself, my advice to you would be take the leap, I do not regret it one bit and I am so much happier.
