Can't believe how much this has downhill since I was a kid. Dr Jedav and Nataraj (Sorry for the spelling) were superb, caring and put patients first. Now, you can't get through constantly, the receptionists are a joke and the doctors seem like they're not listening or care. Moving imminently.

Fantastic staff , Julie organised for an appointment for my son. She was very polite, professional and helpful. We saw Dr Ray, who was very helpful and thorough in our appointment. I left feeling very happy and confident about our visit. They were both amazing . Cannot fault the team at my surgery

Shocking can never get hold of them to make an appointment. Rude when you do get somone on the phone. By the time ur seen you may as well have got to the North Pole and back. Worst doctors going and the people behind the dest look like there dead on the inside. Need to make changes maybe haire new staff.

The lady on reception at ewood was exceptional, 30.6.23. She sorted a few complicated problems for me and was friendly, polite and helpful...not many dr. Receptionist like that in my experience.

Clean and tidy. Not much confidentiality though as the reception is very open and you can hear everything on the telephone and face to face.

I'm late for the appointment for 7.30,'dont be late' said the receptionist firmly,A dredded blood test scheduled for today,The thought of needles causing dismay,10 mins and welcomed with ' good morning',I thought I was in for a scorning,Saw the nurse (Shazia)straight away,'it didn't hurt!'..I'm glad to say,Then Julie told me what I was to expect,Prompt results or a call if something suspect,Then a little chat about the world today,All the affairs put right in our very own way,All in all an example of unity,A doctor's surgery should be like this, about the community!!

Only got one star because I can't give 0. Discraceful service can't get appointment for nearly two weeks. Have had numerous problems over many years the latest being giving me a sick note for a heart problem when I've got phunomia .It's a disgrace the during a pandemic ,when all the NHS,myself included, are working at the sharp end putting ourselves at risk, cowardly GPS are hiding behind locked doors when they needed the most. How can you make any kind of diagnosis over the phone .I notice that they haven't been had the guts to reply to any of their terrible reviews
