Rachaels hands do miracles. After year and so not being on hairdresser she managed to do exactly whta I wanted. Professional, friendly, simply adorable person. Even one of the girls who works there Brooke I think was her name was as good as her. Was my first time there but they maked me feel like I know them for ages. Already booked appointment for my daughter and ladies please support small businesses and go to Rachaels her and her team are the dream to every woman. Thank you ever so much ladies

I couldn't make an appointment with my usual hair dresser because she was on holiday, but I really needed to get the colour done for my hair during a certain week. After a bit of research, I decided to book with Rachael and luckily she was able to fit me in! It's always a bit nerve wracking going to a new hair dresser as they're not familiar with your hair and you're never sure if they'll get it right, but Rachael knew what I wanted better than I did! She did a beautiful job with my colour and got it bang on. Thank you Rachael and team! I look forward to coming back :)

I’m new to Windsor and thank god I found Rachel’s. A lovely place with very warm staff. Rachel did a fab job with my hair cut, colour and Brazilian. She absolutely understood what I wanted and her suggestions were excellent. So so happy to have found this salon.

Rachael was so friendly and skillful, and as her staffs were attentive as well. I love the haircut Rachael gave me, and what she charged for it was very reasonable. I will definitely go back again!

My second time at this lovely salon in the last months - Rachel is a superstar, great hair stylist and brilliant at balayage. She really listens to what you want and will do that plus more - very happy with the results! Welcoming and pleasant staff & atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Can't stress enough how amazing this salon is. Welcoming atmosphere and lovely stylists. Walked in today absolutely hating my hair (was ready to shave it all off) after a bad experience at another salon and walked out today a completely different person! Will definitely be back again.My only suggestion is to be able to leave tips on the card machines! I was prepared to leave a well deserved tip for the the stlyist that worked their magic but couldn't as I had no cash on me. Next time I'll be sure to bring cash for a tip!

Went to Rachaels hair salon today for first time for a long overdue cut and colour.Rachael spent time discussing options for both colour and cut and l am really pleased with the end result.Lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon and looking forward to booking my next visit.

Me and my daughter had our first hair cut after lockdown today.. We felt safe and welcoming. Its a covid secure place. The ambience was good. Rachael has always made us feel special, her caring and loving nature makes welcoming. Not to forget the Processo on arrival. It's not expensive either being in windsor. I would highly recommend to everyone but specially to anyone who is looking for covid secure services. If your lucky you get to meet Dexter @rhsalonsltd. All the best girls.
