I chose Chancellors Estate Agency in High Barnet to Let my flat based on my initial communication with Monty Tang, Letting Manager. From our very first conversation, Monty listened, answered all my questions, provided me with jargon-free, transparent and honest information and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Throughout the process, even though I was passed through to different staff members at different stages of the Let, Monty was always available and encouraged me to copy him in to emails or contact him if anything was unclear. Monty made me feel confident that he would be able to successfully advertise and find a great tenant and whilst the tenancy has only just begun, it seems to have gone without a hitch so far. Would highly recommend working with Geoff and the team at Chancellors Barnet.
